Do you know the guage steel this is? Im doing some repairs and have to get a welder but want to know what capability welder to get on a budget

@@AUTOBODYTECH I don’t know how many supplements I have put in to change from used quarter to OEM. The only way some insurance companies would justify it was the crimp in the wheel well. That’s in NE Oklahoma

Just a couple spot welds eh haha! What air saw blades do you use? I've been using the snappy ones but they aren't getting any cheaper these days
We use cyrotool and sometimes Lenox from our local supplier
What is the the significance of having so much foam In modern cars as seen at 8.25
Could cause rust issues in the future

The product being applied at 8 25 is a structural adhesive. The car isn't designed to have any welds here.
The following product is a seam sealer over the foam. This is a multi function to help with vibration of the panel and also a sound dampener

How is the belt sander what state you work bro you do great work.
The belt sander is amazing. I love it. It does use up batteries quickly, though. I'm in Canada 🇨🇦

I have the die sander in Milwaukee brand and indeed the battery life sucks but I was curious about the belt sander because I myself use an air belt sander.
