    WOWWWWWW! That was great! Long, but thorough. Had to pause it a few times when someone insisted on speaking to me while watching it. ;) Thank you SO much for taking the time to make the video (TWICE!). I had Expressions, but just got the Explore Air a week ago - VERY helpful. Thanks again!

    Thanks so much. I made invitations for my grandson's b'day party and spent hours printing and then having the machine write. If I had seen this I could have saved so much time. Thanks a million! I think Cricut should hire you to create their videos!

    Thank you so much for this video. I'm a newbie and understand the slice and weld, but not the flatten and contour. You have done a good job, with visuals, explaining these. I will be looking for more of your videos.

    Wow! Absolutely INVALUABLE video! It has helped answer MANY of my questions. This was a lot to learn for me but solved so many of my problems. I have a page and a half of notes, alone. You were not boring or repetitive at all. I had to put you on pause to write down instructions for myself. Thank you so much!!!

    I'm new to the Cricut design space. I purchase a Cricut Explore One. I have an image that is a .PNG. The image is the face of the Grinch, however it has yellow eyes. I can't get it to add the yellow color to eyes so I can cut them separate. How do I do that? I love your videos and you're the only one that I can wait and try to figure out some stuff. Please help!! Thank you. Do you have video on this steps that you can let me know?

      +Two Hearts One Love Designs Yes. It seems like it doesn't give me the option to slice. Could it be because I downloaded the font? Thank you

    @1bbbarron1 I'm sorry you were confused. This video is just an overview of what each tool/command does. The good thing about TH-cam is you can pause and rewind if you aren't following along. I have other tutorials that goes over each one separately. Maybe those might help you.

  • @vasherian1
    @vasherian1 6 ปีที่แล้ว

    thank you for the tutorial. However, can you do a tutorial on how to take an image and only get the outline for example if you had to print the frog as a stencil with JUST THE outline so that kids can color any way they want. so you will have circles for the cheeks the crown the heart and the eyes and the outline of the frog ... so if I spray paint it will be something they can color. That would be greatly appreciated.

    hello I cannot for the life of me get the slice to open up it isnt highlighted and the only thing I try to slice is the shape icons on the design space... how do you do it? hold shift and what else? it has killed my brain lol

    • @selenaleal2426
      @selenaleal2426  8 ปีที่แล้ว

      Tina Miracle hi Tina! make sure the image you are trying to slice is one layer. when selecting it and the shape you can hold shift down and select the two. you will notice in the layers panel that both layers are highlighted or grayed. then click slice. or you can hold the left mouse button down and drag around both the shape and image and that will select them both. as long as you have 2 one layer images selected, the slice option should be available to choose.
