I loved Judge Judy. But when Byrd was not included, I , without having any info until today, decided that I would not watch her at all. See my intuition served me well. I felt in my spirit that he was not treated well in this situation. Good luck to you and your lovely wife. You have a great life ahead of you
He does have a nice sense of humor a nice smile and everything but during her show I thought he always acted as though he was so annoyed with having to just go and get paperwork and bring it back to her he just didn't seem engaged in what was going on.

Just a. FYI she created and is executive producer of a new court show called tribunal law and Byrd is on that show. Let's not cast judgement before knowing all the facts. She wasn't obligated to do that but she did and she wouldn't have if she was out to slight him. They worked together for 25yrs her own show has her grand daughter on and she has the same relationship on screen with her thst she did with Byrd. Soo byrd would have been redundant. Instead hes in a show where he actually is a lot more interactive despite it being 3 judges one of which is her son.

Quintessential Byrd. Sometimes stoic, often funny and never at a loss for words. He was so much a part of that show that the new Judy Justice show seems a little incomplete without him. Him and his wife make a great couple.

Just look at the bailiff on Judge Judy’s new show with 3 judges, the bailiff stands there like a statue. @@carolleruppert2353 Byrd is on Judge Judy's other show, Tribal Justice. In addition to that, he can sing and is a musician. He's a good friend and neighbor of my brother. My brother is a percussionist to the stars and also has his own band in L.A. which Byrd performs with often.
What I really liked about Byrd, and what prompted me to even watch this interview, was how calm and collected he was on the show. When asked to collect the evidence, in front of the audience and the cameras, and in the presence of an impatient Judge Judy that everyone was afraid of, he would take his own time to walk to the plaintiff/defendant and walk back to hand it over the Judge. He was very intentional about it. That impressed me very much.
I have no idea that Byrd had so much personality! I always thought he was so cold and quiet. I had no idea that he was so lively and outgoing. Oh I wish I was seen more of this. He is a wonderful man.

I’m so happy I stumbled upon this interview! I haven’t seen Judge Judy for a long time, I don’t have cable and it not available to me right now. The relationship between him and JJ was so perfect. I’m happy to see Byrd so happy and am thrilled for him and his gorgeous wife. The way he was “let go” was not very nice but he is a gentleman in his handling of that situation. I've always had a mad crush on Byrd! I'm so grateful to see him so happy! Mrs. Byrd is Absolutely STUNNING! One look at her smiling eyes tells me she has a good heart and a sweet spirit. I pray they share a life filled with joy, love and laughter!
So he wasn't fired. Judy just ended the show and started another show WITHOUT Bryd and WITHOUT telling Bryd. "Spent 25 years just 3 feet away from someone" and she didn't give him the heads up. Very selfish but who's surprised?
Nothing diffrent then alot of big companies do unfortunately. In most cases employers aren't our friends and we learn the hard way on that. Bryd seems to be happy and thriving
I’ve never liked JJ at all! I found her very nasty and unfair in some cases. Rules of law only apply if it suits her. After watching this, I dislike her even more!
I think Judge Judy did Byrd dirty. How are you gonna work closely with someone for 25 years and then just disregard them like none of those years ever happened?... I understand she wanted to hire a cheaper bailiff but at least have the decency to include Byrd in the conversation.

If you look toward the last few years of Judge Judy when Byrd was on it, he acted like he was not happy, and did not show any more respect to anyone on the show any more than he had to, I mean there was actually shots of him doing crossword puzzles while they were recording of the show. I’m not saying that he did anything wrong but maybe Judge Judy didn’t do anything wrong either. I don’t think anybody will know the truth.

I love that there is no victim mentality. He is so positive about his experiences. I loved him on the show! I am so happy for him and his wife that things have worked out so beautifully and she gives glory to God!

Just a. FYI she created and is executive producer of a new court show called tribunal law and Byrd is on that show. Let's not cast judgement before knowing all the facts.
She wasn't obligated to do that but she did and she wouldn't have if she was out to slight him.
They worked together for 25yrs her own show has her grand daughter on and she has the same relationship on screen with her thst she did with Byrd. Soo byrd would have been redundant. Instead hes in a show where he actually is a lot more interactive despite it being 3 judges one of which is her son.
It's so nice to see and hear you outside of the court room. I have rarely seen you smile and laughing, anyway you're missed and an amazing person☺️

Quintessential Byrd. Sometimes stoic, often funny and never at a loss for words. He was so much a part of that show that the new Judy Justice show seems a little incomplete without him. Him and his wife make a great couple.
He was great on that show. Best wishes to him and to his family.
Byrd made the show, his dry sense of humor and his facial expression’s when Judy used him for an example were priceless and natural 😊⚡️

Just look at the bailiff on Judge Judy’s new show with 3 judges, the bailiff stands there like a statue. By the way that show stinks! 3 judges to render decision on mundane cases, its been done before on other networks. My two cents ⚡️

@@carolleruppert2353 Byrd is on Judge Judy's other show, Tribal Justice. In addition to that, he can sing and is a musician. He's a good friend and neighbor of my brother. My brother is a percussionist to the stars and also has his own band in L.A. which Byrd performs with often.

JJ just comes off abrasive and condescending. Maybe he did not appreciate how she treated people. She is a classis.
What I really liked about Byrd, and what prompted me to even watch this interview, was how calm and collected he was on the show. When asked to collect the evidence, in front of the audience and the cameras, and in the presence of an impatient Judge Judy that everyone was afraid of, he would take his own time to walk to the plaintiff/defendant and walk back to hand it over the Judge. He was very intentional about it. That impressed me very much.

I have no idea that Byrd had so much personality! I always thought he was so cold and quiet. I had no idea that he was so lively and outgoing. Oh I wish I was seen more of this. He is a wonderful man.

I’m so happy I stumbled upon this interview! I haven’t seen Judge Judy for a long time, I don’t have cable and it not available to me right now. The relationship between him and JJ was so perfect. I’m happy to see Byrd so happy and am thrilled for him and his gorgeous wife. The way he was “let go” was not very nice but he is a gentleman in his handling of that situation. So he wasn't fired. Judy just ended the show and started another show WITHOUT Bryd and WITHOUT telling Bryd. "Spent 25 years just 3 feet away from someone" and she didn't give him the heads up. Very selfish but who's surprised?
Nothing diffrent then alot of big companies do unfortunately. In most cases employers aren't our friends and we learn the hard way on that. Bryd seems to be happy and thriving

him and his wife are wonderful people they volunteer at a church that give out food every week very down to earth people him and his wife and he can sing they are helping poor people him, and his wife have a good heart. they are so nice.

If you look toward the last few years of Judge Judy when Byrd was on it, he acted like he was not happy, and did not show any more respect to anyone on the show any more than he had to,
I mean there was actually shots of him doing crossword puzzles while they were recording of the show.
I’m not saying that he did anything wrong but maybe Judge Judy didn’t do anything wrong either. I don’t think anybody will know the truth.
