Tamiya TT-02 Scooby 15t brushed vs Maverick Strada RC brushless

Despite the Strada's more powerful motor, the two cars were quite evenly matched. If the Tamiya had been shod with road tyres it woulkd probably have taken the win

I wish I could say the Strada won, but since I don’t know the capabilities of either operator, I have to say they both seem pretty evenly matched. The Strada is probably cheaper than that scooby though, but the Strada is also discontinued now though :( also, Strada aesthetics give extra points

Quite evenly matched in both driver skill level and performance. I think a brushless powered HSP Flying Fish would beat both of them on the tarmac. The advantage of the Maverick is that it's more capable of road as it's nearer to 1/9th scale. No way it would hang with our 1/8th buggy to rally conversions though

I prefer the longer wheelbase of the TT

The Strada actually has a longer wheelbase than the TT02 and is nearer to 1/9th scale by comparison

@@jvinsnes Yep. The Strada RX is 250 wide/WB 270mm against the TT-02'S 186mm wide/WB 257mm
