The thing I like about this trailer, and this may be looking too far into it; but you can't tell if he's talking about the Titans or the Pilots. Lemme cook. The Titans are gigantic weapons platforms that are given sentientce similar to that of a soldier. Giving them instincts, loyalty, and judgment. The Pilots are soldiers injected with nanites and given movement kits that turn them into one man armies. There's even theories that Jack is a captured IMC pilot that was brainwashed and used as a weapon turned against the IMC.
Explanation: In the trailer it says «what happens when the soldier becomes the weapon” where, I assume, it references the cybernetics in soldiers in COD:IW (I didn’t play the game so don’t know exactly), but I swapped the words since the titans are classified as weapons, but become somewhat of soldiers and have a conscience, at least the vanguard class like BT-7274, and how he developed as a character through the campaign.
This feels so familiar to me. I remember as a kid I always watched this PS3 trailer for a demo I played with this song in it. This definitely would have been a thing if it was made in that era. Thank you for the nostalgia.

In my opinion 2016 games look way more realistic than 2023 maybe it’s just me or there’s something special about 2016 games like titanfall 2 (I miss BT-7274 I would never forget him)
I like this even more than the original! I do think it would have benefitted with just the song and less of the original dialogue, but it's still a great example of beaut edits.
It would've been cooler if it was Paint it Black by Sebastian Bohm. That song is more dramatic and fit for a trailer (I think). But overall this is AMAZING.
My friend, the transition at around 1:26 was SOO SMOOTH!!! I am amazed at how well that worked! This whole trailer has so much quality and work put into it that I have a hard time believing that "it was just for fun." IT IS BETTER THAN THE OFFICAL TRAILER. You should look into getting a job at some major gaming company and make trailers for them, and if I ever make my own game, I know who I'm reaching out to first for a trailer.
