How To Install Square D: Main Lug (2020)

I am a residential electrician and took this video to show how I install a square D main lug panel. Certain aspects of this may not comply with your code enforcement, but I don't have any problems in my area. I hope you like it, let me know in the comments below what you think.

I love my Dewalt tools. I've had them for over 10 years with zero issues. Knock on wood. I haven't tried other brands since I'm heavily invested in batteries. That Milwaukee looks nice and drills like a beast.

Would it be better to put the blocking first so that all the wood shavings don't get all over the msp? Thank you for all the videos you are uploading. They are helping me get ready to wire up an entirely new house.

Wood shavings don’t really matter unless your getting them in the grommets, but even then still. You could just drill before you get started but just make sure your panel fits first , thanks for watching and good luck.
