- Motorsport fans today I compare on paper the 2021 Vs 2022 KTM 50SX / Gas Gas MC50 / Husqvarna TC50.

I have a 2022 ktm 50sx and 2019 tc50 and the 22 is weak on take off were the tc50 launches and breaks loose and on the top end wide open the sx50 sputters and seems slow compared to the tc50 any idea the sx50 has 9hrs
look at your jetting would be my guess...they should be the same
@@Kenwindatt yeah they should be the same thats why it doesn't make sense lol ill pull the carb today and see whats in there. I did pull the clutch cover yesterday and the clutch was at 7 clicks were the book says to be at 9 which is what i always ran the tc at so i made that adjust and it helped just a little still sputtering at wide open on a fast straight away and still doesn't take off as fast definitely seems like a carb issue or ignition
Hey Anthony, I have herd of simular situations. I would firstly pull apart the carb and make sure it clean and free from debris. What jetting are you running?
@@jameswharton3143 it has the oem jetting, i changed the main to a 90 and have been playing with 2 and half turns out and 3 turns out with air screw its seemed to clean it up and runs better, plug isn't exactly the color i want it though
