Whenever you say " that goes nowhere " about gobbing that is blocking a passage or drift, thats most likely where the oldtimers stash their equipment. Thanks for the document!
@@FLAGMACHINE11 nice, the thing about it here is, the country is over 3,300 miles wide, hah. I'm in the Pennsylvania mountains, pines and hardwoods. Coal producing country.
That was cool .. no real artifacts, and small, but still a great piece of history .. single jacking & hand picking ... wasnt an easy adventure for those old miners. Thanks for sharing 🇨🇦
Very cool little mine!! Must not be too awful far from yalls mine, judgin by yalls clothes. Could be a good place to pull a pan full. As always yall stay safe out there
Now Justin there's nothing wrong with a hard rack, or at least a firm one 🤗. Lol I know I don't comment much anymore but I'm still here lurking in the weeds. As always love your stuff, stay safe brother.
Always amazing to pick marks in the old mines. Could you imagine 10 hours a day doing that backbreaking work. Thanks for touring a really historic mine.👍
This is a little nice mine Do they search for Gold when it is a old river there must be Gold Thank you for taking me with you Take care Yours Frank Galetzka
Nice explor you all did I was digging it. Your feet must have been freaking frozen by the time you got back to your vehicle. I've found a lot of the square nails and small track spikes in some of the older mines in upper Michigan's copper mines.
You showed how quickly mold grows on fresh lumber (white fuzz after only a month). Why don’t you lather them with oil to prevent the mold breaking them down so quickly? Or does that cause issues?
I'm curious do you take any confined space monitoring gear (O2, H2S, CO2, CO, Humidity etc.) with you? If yes then I wonder if there's a way to integrate the readings into the video.
I thought of you today while walking at Folsom Lake... The amount of exposed quartz would have driven a prospector crazy. It's amazing what's been exposed since the lake went in, eroding the banks away. Speaking of collapsing mines, do you remember the fatality in Alta back in 2006 when a house collapsed into a mine?
4:46 Looks like a hanging wall, just before the candles. The candles are a bit odd.. makes me wonder if someone was doing satanic ritual stuff in there. Though usually those weirdos bring spray paint.
Great to see you back dude!
We were all thinking of ya.

Cool mine, wet feet and all. Some neat colors! Nice explore Justin!
Love that you are back at it again. THANKS for another adventure.
Nice to see a video upload from TVR, hope you are doing well brother! :)

Thanks for the document!
I feel that your last observation is most likely the best one to described this place.
Glad you back keep up the Good Work as always!!! 🤠👍
Your feet must be made out of different stuff than mine. 🥶
Hi Justin, this was a cool explore, thank you for sharing, much love. xx ❤
Love the channel. The Western mines always intrigued me.
Happy to see that your back at it. Looks like a fun mine to explore. Sorry 'bout the soggy feet.

Loving your channel. I’d like to see a video of the process you go through to find these old mines.
Good afternoon from Southeast South Dakota

Dave , Jenny Milkowski ?
@@markcantemail8018 I didn't know who she was. I had to Google her. A very beautiful woman, and yes she would be a good example lol.
Cool small mine. Cold walk home with wet feet
Would a FLIR App on a phone help find possible covered openings, showing the temperature differences behind?
Hey I like your thinking, good question. 🤠👍
How are you doing man ? One foot in front of the other some days

Always cool to see placer, pretty rare
Looks fun!
Just thinking. "Doris do you hear someone talking and a metal noise?" It's just the TV dear!
Very cool find. TY
Hello from Denmark
Nice !
Gold mine with defensive positions.....Interesting. Hideout?
A very nice little mine, maybe a test location?
"Nothing to see here" ? Your videos would never be classed in that category Justin. Thank you as always.
Mom
awesome!
Is that blue material copper ore?

That's a good question, one I'd like answered as well. 🤔
Well then the oil would just go straight into the ground water= Polluted water.
Cool 👍
Hidden gem 💎
The portal is a great scene. Mother nature holding her ground.
Love all the colors in the clay, looks almost like it was oil painted.
Let's gooooo ... +A .. 💯love what y'all do... Love the content...fyi "just slide" I get to the fight club reference
11:26 is that a modern beer bottle? (Dark bottle with silver band on bottom of the screen)
Hope you’re doing well with the family issues. What happened to the mine you were working on?
Mines Are A-Maze-In''!
It doesn't get much better than this! Thank you all!
Obviously Trolls live in that opening !
Nice to see you guys brought a ladder to get to the hidden spots . ⛏️
It looks like miners were working in the placer deposit on top of the bedrock. @13:45
Did you try panning in the water running through the mine.
1:39 - that is a beautiful image!
2:44 - a fish _what?_
4:38 - that hanging fault line is so pronounced!
I remember climbing that raise 🤨 why wasn’t I in the video Justin!
Hope to see you soon bud wish you and the family the best
There are dwarves down there
Pretty Middle--Earth portal!
We need more of them!
Great adventure. Could you tell about the cut nails? Why are they called cut nails?
It’s to do with how they are formed, literally cut from stock metal.
So that's were that ladder came from!
I'm curious do you take any confined space monitoring gear (O2, H2S, CO2, CO, Humidity etc.) with you? If yes then I wonder if there's a way to integrate the readings into the video.
That could be cool!
Was there minners in the water?

I always wonder where in general these places are? At least the state? Is there an issue identifying that without being too specific?
Colorado, Nevada, Arizona, California etc...yes, if he identifies the location the forest service will come close the entrances.
cool and so interesting
Thank you.
Looks like they found something there but not a whole lot of it.
14:20 I think I would have had to get a sample.
What did you expect THAT TIME of the year
2 faces on that tree at 1:13
Does anybody else notice the face on the tree.. Long face... And the roots make up his decrepid body and Is arched over the hole
Where is this?
where's the gold?/
It's winter and there are insects flying around in that cave.
Where's this at? ( Just a friendly spelunker)
Anybody else see a bear's face in that tree??
Nothing to see here… move along, move along 😂🤣😂🤣😂
