    Ideally it is better to take the 5 positive millets namely Barnyard millet, Kodo Millet, Little Millet,Foxtail Millet And Browntop Millet
    As always include plenty of green leafy vegetables in your meal and exercise portion control . Ragi is considered a neutral millet. hence for diabetics it is better to include the 5 positive millets ,as suggested by Dr Khadar Vali in his millet /siridanya protocol

    Thank you, really appreciate these ideas. My husband is diabetic so I can definitely try these recipes. The only changes I would make would be to remove or reduce the carrot as cooked carrots have high GI. Tq again.
