I'd like to use this exospine with Virtus belt and third-party plate carrier (it has molles on the back) - will it work? What size should I get if I'm 185cm tall? Thanks.

You don’t want ucp. It’s garbage. Better to go with the OCP they’re selling.

This is something civillians and police would use for convenience. Military does not use it because theres no need.
