I hv checked with knife aftr 30 to 40 mts , bt was nt cooked properly, So was very tensed y its not cooking aftr 40 mts ? Dont knw y its so. bt Cake texture was same as shown in vedio and tastes also yummy. Thanks for the vedio.

if the center doesn't cook means, you might have used more baking soda or powder than mentioned. or if its underbaked the center won't cook, in that case, try cooking it for more time in low heat

somehow the quantity you gave made the dough thick enough for cookies... your's looked free flowing... wonder where i went wrong. :-)
The water quantity depends on the wheat flour used. if the wheat flour absorbs more water, Add more water than mentioned to adjust the consistency,
