I played tabletop D&D in the 80s/90s and i couldn't care less about the D&D cartoon figures. that goblin is just awesome all by it's self. If I want a knight I'd go with mythic legions all day.
I had this line as a kid. I had a lot of the later figures. I think my mom brought them home from the bargain bin because my later figures are mint and I dont remember playing with them much. I'm pretty sure Grimsword was not a common figure.
Never collected d&d stuff as a kid, but 9:54 has me thinking about the little thieves that would appear while sleeping in Golden Axe & you could kick for potions. As expensive as the storm collectibles were, shame they didn't include some of them. Now I'm wondering what figures could fill that gap. 13:25 so that's how he scales. Weird, never saw in stores but he did/does appear on the app. Ollie's so far that that fig/line isn't worth the trip for me. 14:49 nice lineup of all 4. I got the other 2 at a slight discount.
Good vid btw. I listened to a Fwoosh interview w/ the artist that did Zarac, Elk & maybe SH. Anyway, it could have been him working the audiences FOMO, but it didn't sound like they were going much further w/ the line. Check it out & see what you think
