No cap it’s the bulls fault he got Injuried again they were so hell bent on bringing him back before his timeline for them to play the playoffs with him man. He was literally a few weeks away of still rehabbing but they gave him intense workouts and he even said he wasn’t comfortable but the doctors are suppose to know eveyething but when the doctors are on the bulls pay. The bulls season literally fell apart when Lonzo was gone last year they were 23-10 with lonzo and the #1 seed with a top 5 defense . Without lonzo last year they dropped to last 2 seeds in the playoffs and dropped in 21st in defense . Lonzo was literally top 10 in 3% last year shooting more than 42%!!
This dark times for the Chicago Bulls they need Lonzo Ball so bad Cause he is a huge impact addition for the Chicago Bulls. They need make win now moves and take action. But they have make smart moves and trades to win now.

Defense, full/half court offense, open shots, P&Rs etc all are significantly better with Zo on the court

Okay, there is so much wrong with your analysis. I love it when people say that Wendell Carter and Franz Wagner are better than Vuc…they simply are not. Sure one day they might get better, but Vuc has been playing great this year. His IQ is better, his passing, his post game, his long range and even mid range are great. His defense is good despite many calling him a bad defender. Just watch him play. Carter was never going to be good with the Bulls. Unfortunately, Jim Boylin destroyed his confidence and he needed a change of scenery. Markkanen was in the same boat. The new front office is way smarter than you think and with some time this year, I think you are all going to see a team that’s going to make it to the second round of the playoffs. Then next year, the ECFs.

@@alexescutia4805 DeMar has just one year left on his contract and Vuc is on an expiring one. Both those guy are not be Bulls next year depending how the season goes. Vuc may have to take on a different different role for less money so the team can sign other players or walk. I think Demar will play out his contract IF the Bulls succeed with him this season. If not I can easily see him moved on an expiring contract for some nice pieces. Its a tough spot but not a bad one. Just gotta keep making moves.

The Bulls should trade DDR for some future assets when DDR is still valuable. It is good for the team and DDR himself since his performance is needed for the other teams chasing the championship.

I was excited for the bulls when they got AC and lonzo but not anymore since the signed demar. I still think demar slowed lavine’s growth which is a bit similar with the knicks julius randle-toppin situation.
I agree. I was happy when derozen left Toronto. Way too ball dominant and iso heavy. Not suited to today's game. I can't remember how many times he killed our momentum and chemistry in the playoffs. Doesnt matter if you score 37 points and your team loses.

Bulls should have stick with zach, lonzo and caruso and mostly took a big defender that can help them defensively that maybe closer age gap with those 3 guards. Derozan should have chose teams like miami or jazz. Could have helped butler or donovan and gobert in the playoffs as a vet and not a focal point of the offense.

Funny part is, we were never frauds when we were in first place. We lost our best player in lonzo ball and other injures/covid killed the team in the second half of the season. Lonzo was shooting 42 percent from three on 7 attempts per game and ran the point guard position flawlessly. If he were healthy this year we’d be a top 4 team but yet again our best player is out.
The Cavs finished their “full rebuild” in just 4 seasons. Let that sink in.

I swear to ya'll I argued with people all offseason about not giving Zach that max extension. He is an exciting scorer, but he is NOT a max player. I see teams give out enormous contracts to guys who fill the seats instead of guys who win. The reason I am so low on Zach is that he has the physicals to be an all-world defender at the 2 if he wanted to, but his name is never mentioned among even good defenders (e.g. Kris Middleton, who just works hard). You can have role players that are specialists, but you absolutely cannot win with a 1-way star unless that star is so good offensively that his D doesn't matter (e.g. Steph, and there are no Draymond Greens in Chicago). Now they're stuck with him, and the worse he plays, the less teams are going to pick up that giant contract. What he should have said was "man, I sucked, and coach was right to sit me. I'll be better next game"

I definitely do not think Zach should have gotten that max contract 👎🏿 He's not very smart with the ball, plays iffy defense, and isn't trustworthy enough with the ball in the clutch. I like him. When he's on it's great to watch. Face of the franchise tho? No.
@@yanncourtel8538 I thought the same of Beal. Never going to win with him unless you put up for an all-world big. KAT is different, IMO. He is they type of inside-outside force that can be a championship anchor, and he had really worked hard to improve his defense during that contract year (only to regress once he got it). And you can see him still improving his game right now, becoming a much more effective passer. Zach has already reached his ceiling, I think. There are only a handful of players i would let dictate my roster moves--Luka, Giannis, Ja, for instance--but I'd be like "who cares?" if Zach didn't like the roster. He's the type of player who sees Vucevic putting up 20-10 games and thinks "I can win with this guy because we'll score a lot" not acknowledging that there's a reason his teams always sucked defensively.
