    Let me know in the comments below what your favourite back pack blower model is?

      Lawn Care Business Success the vents are closeable. There is a round plastic circle in the box which is meant to put between the padding and the blower body. I think it is usually packed in the bag with user's manual.

      Lokanas That’s Awesome. Thanks for bringing that to my attention. I don’t know how I feel about it though. Seems like a bit of a nuisance to have to take the cushion off to install it. Then you have to remember where you stored it when not in use. Seems poorly designed or a after thought when they could have just put a built in baffle like on a air vent that you just slide open or closed. Unfortunately I threw out all the packaging long ago and with it probably that piece. I have a feeling I’m not the only one to do that. Lol 😂. Thanks again for bringing it to my attention. I’ll make a note in the description.

    This blowers the best!. Ive got the 770H and the 8010H too. The 770 has more windspeed. Its noticeable how much more punch the 770 has for digging leaves out of lawns and such. Sure the 8010 has a lot more cfm and a much wider airstream but The 770 is my daily driver. 770 gets better gas mileage, its noticeably quieter, and the more narrow air stream has more precision. My 8010 just sits around for waiting for big leaf clean ups and stuff. I use it atleast once a month to keep the gas flowing. Both are great machines but if i had to choose one for the whole year it would be the 770 hands down.

      I agree. The 770 is awesome. Tons of power and relatively quite compared to others. Thanks for watching.

      Fact is mph generally beats cfm since you wave the tube sideways but the mph keeps one from having to walk up to the pile & blow it again (farther away)! So You've helped me decide to get the 770 (& yes I'm a hip throttle man too) over the big monster 8010 w/ it's seemingly various problems. At the dealer the other day I tried it on & was astonished how comfy & light it felt.

    I have the same blower. Absolutely love it, plenty of power, always starts within the first 2 or 3 pulls, quiet for how powerful it is.

    Mine is 6 years old and we use it 5 and 6 days a week all year around all that ive had to change was the coil last month and rebuilt the carb once it has been extreamly reliable in my company.

    Great review. I have been looking at different ones to get and this review helped me choose this model. Thank you.

    I've been looking at adding this model for fall clean ups. Thanks for sharing the information!

      M Murph no problem. Did you see my note about the blower actually coming with a round plastic baffle in the packaging to block the air flow against your back during cold weather.

    • @mmurph7670
      @mmurph7670 6 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Lawn Care Business Success I did not see that, but that's awesome! Thanks for updating me on that. That definitely makes this more appealing to me.

    • @LawnCareBusinessSuccess
      @LawnCareBusinessSuccess  6 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      No problem. It was pointed out to me by a couple of people so I looked it up and the manual does mention the baffle that is included. Unfortunately it looks like a unassuming piece of plastic so I must of thrown it out thinking it was part of the packaging maybe. Lol 😂

      Lawn Care Business Success hahaha! I did that with a piece on my Redmax blower, lol. Must've been the same thing.

    Thanks for the review....when disassembling any portion of the blower, it would be helpful if you filmed this as well...i.e. removing the air filter cover...they do have a diverter slide switch....look at the instruction booklet

    I love the 9010! But the 770 still is my everyday blower! Has a shit ton of power!

    Nice fair review. I just bought 1 today! It’s a nice size. Maybe a little bigger than I might need. I plan on putting it to extra use. The engine is amazing. It runs very clean. It isn’t loud. I think because it’s new; it uses a bit more fuel than I thought it would. Question? Do you use 89 or, higher grade fuel?

    • @LawnCareBusinessSuccess
      @LawnCareBusinessSuccess  ปีที่แล้ว

      I’ve only ever used Regular grade 87 octane in any of my equipment for the past 18 years. Never had an issue. I did use red Armor oil to mix. Thanks for watching.

    I'm going with the 770
    Florida, no prob with the cool air padding. I'll pad the handle.

  • @DianaThornburg
    @DianaThornburg ปีที่แล้ว

    Can you let us know how to get the padding off the back in order to put the plastic disk in for cold weather operation.
    We love the blower itself.
    Thank you for your time

    I have the same blower you can get a plastic shield cover that you cover the vent with you just pop off the back rubber cover. It came with my blower check with your local echo dealer

    • @LawnCareBusinessSuccess
      @LawnCareBusinessSuccess  6 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thanks. Someone else mentioned that also. I had to go online and lookup the manual and saw what your talking about. Unfortunately I probably threw it out along with the packaging. I guess that’s a lesson to always read the manual first before throwing out the packaging. Lol 😂 I made a update note in the description. Thanks for letting me know.

    I wish the elbow coming out of the fan assembly was a few inches longer. This would extend the bellows out further giving you easier left to right side sweep action. If you are tall or a wider frame the bellows are restrictive.

    Br 600 is my favourite blower. Don’t mind the looks of the 8010 and the br 800c

  • @chefbillyx
    @chefbillyx 6 ปีที่แล้ว +3

    They do come the the vent block disk for colder days. Did you not get one?. I have the same blower. Can you make a yearly service video for this blower?

    • @LawnCareBusinessSuccess
      @LawnCareBusinessSuccess  6 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes someone else mentioned that. Then i clues in that I had thrown it out with the packaging not realizing what it was.

    Lawn care business success Echo PB 770T is powerful backpack blower I have Echo PB 8010T backpack blower I should bought Echo PB 770 T instead of 8010 it’s too bulky too big

    • @LawnCareBusinessSuccess
      @LawnCareBusinessSuccess  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes it’s very powerful. I also have a 9010T that I have done videos on in the past. I have not even used it at all this year for the same reasons. Too big and bulky. The 770 has more then enough power for leaf cleanups. Thanks for watching.

    great review. very thorough . thanks for sharing. Will you be doing a review of the new PB8010?

    • @LawnCareBusinessSuccess
      @LawnCareBusinessSuccess  6 ปีที่แล้ว

      I appreciate that. I’d like to do a review on the 8010 but I have not got my hands on one yet so maybe next season. Thanks for watching.

    how is the noise generated by the 770t compared with the 9010t? I'm worried if i buy the 9010t my neighbors will complain.

    • @LawnCareBusinessSuccess
      @LawnCareBusinessSuccess  4 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      The 9010T is extremely loud. It’s a higher pitched tone. The 770 while still loud is not near as loud and the tone is a bit lower and makes it a bit more tolerable and still packs plenty of power. I prefer the 770 for the weight and sound. Thanks for watching.

    Somebody please tell me what the difference is between the 770h which is what I have

    • @LawnCareBusinessSuccess
      @LawnCareBusinessSuccess  5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The only difference is the controls. The H stands for hip throttle. So yours has a second handle on the left side with the throttle controls. The T stands for tube throttle. The throttle and trigger are mounted on the blower tube itself so you only need one hand to operate.

    • @natee2169
      @natee2169 5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Lawn Care Business Success Oh my gosh! I can’t believe they make two different models just because of that. Seems pretty dumb to me. But oh snap, I think I got the wrong one cause I think I’d rather have the trigger haha oh well I can return it

    • @LawnCareBusinessSuccess
      @LawnCareBusinessSuccess  5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yeah I’ve never understood the point of hip throttle. But some people swear by them.
