I believe that the "The One" is the person that God can lead you to. You just need to pay close attention to his voice & etc when he speaks to you. It's not the "fairytale" concept,It's God putting you with the right person(at the right time).

YES!!!! I love thinking about my husband thinking of me somewhere, even though we haven't met yet... It gives me hope tbh, and also I just think it's incredibly romantic.
Many of my friends disagree, but I think we're made with specific traits that are particularly helpful/useful/attractive to our mates 😊❤

Hey P&M! Around three years ago, I had a friend in my homeschool community (Let's call her "Cat" in honor of Paul's shirt). Her and I were total opposites in terms of hobbies and personalities, but we quickly became good friends. I had been praying about "The One" for a while and I felt so confidently that she was the one. When the end of the first semester of the school year came, our family could no longer afford the tuition. As a result, Cat and I lost contact. About a year later, my family moved from Delaware to South Carolina (where we live now). Since then, I have tried to suppress my feelings due to the fact that we now live nine hours away. My feelings for her have never really left, and I'm trying to focus on my relationship with Christ first, but it's hard to. If you guys could pray for me, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you guys for continuing to do what you do.

I had a similar relationship experience as well, Morgan. A couple of months ago, I was dating this guy and I tried so hard to believe that he was the one for me but deep down I never had peace about it. Eventually my dad broke off the relationship and looking back I am thankful he did.

Thank you for this. I’ve recently had God give me peace about the guy who is going to be my husband and He told me to be patient and follow Him and wait for His perfect timing, and I’ve been battling with fear of the enemy attacking me trying to tell me otherwise. But every time the enemy attacks I go straight to the Lords word and start praying and He gives me that peace all over again. 💛

I love this series, the Lord is really using you guys in mighty ways. I went through an experience where the Lord was telling me “No” and I tried to look past the Lord and do my own thing, it was hard because the enemy was tempting me A LOT, but I’m so thankful to have a God that never turns his back on us even though sometimes we turn our backs on him.✝️🙏🏼 Great work Paul and Morgan💕✝️

I need advice on where to find my future wife!! Im going to church, in small groups, and have lots of friends but its been so hard to find my "one". Praying for her every day... Who knows, maybe she's reading this comment right now! :)
Just let God lead you , church is great , if you feel led to date or ask someone out do it if you feel led to wait wait . But don't be afraid to take a step don't feel like you can't I know sometimes people feel like if they take a step and ask someone out then they are no longer fallowing God but he's fully in control

WOW MORGAN, i have heard God's voice exactly the same way, i was in church and everything went silent, and then there was a calm gentle voice calling just my name 'BART' and it galmed through the church, i asked my mom (next to me) if she heard anything but she didn't! So now i cant deny God, so im that weird christian guy that somehow believes in a God when everyone in my town doesn't so thats quite a thing haha. But i love God so much and am very thankfull for Him doing that because it helped me through very difficult times. And it helped me shine the light of Gods Love around here in my town in the netherlands, thanks for telling your great story guys, God bless!!

my fiancé was a lil spoiled too bc he prayed for a girl and I even had the haircut he asked for, when we met, he asked for height, even bc he's short but I'm shorter!! But even more important than that, the Lord blessed us with a partner that cares about each other's soul and spiritual growth and we've been working together to build a strong relationship with God and between us

Thanks Paul and Morgan! Love the shirt Paul 😄 and i would definitely say do not ignore any lack of peace and unsettling in your spirit about the person youre considering. Ask God to show you whatever you need to see about them, because love has blind spots! Be willing for Him to show you what you need to see, no matter what it is, and how good the person may seem- because we tend to think of someone sometimes solely in the image we build up in our minds about them and who we want them to be, not who they are. If you both are moving forward in the same direction with God, thats a good sign! If He whispers to you to wait, then wait! Seek His blessing, or dont go further❤️💜

This video was awesome and spoke to me a lot, and gave me hope as you two would say :) Me and my girlfriend have been dating for over a year now, and recently went through a very rough patch because I wasnt focusing enough on God, and it was during that time that I started watching your videos and it gave me the motivation to start taking more initiative. We got together shortly after, we wrote down some boundaries that would help us run from temptation and sin and our relationship has been more God-centered than ever. This video gave me hope that she could be the one for me, and I pray to God every day to help reveal that. Thank you guys so much for letting God work through your videos, we talk about your videos all the time now and it’s really helped heal our relationship!

I also agree that if you’re both living for God the marriage will work out. Even if you marry the “wrong person,” once you enter the marriage covenant they become the right person and it is God’s will for you to make it work

I am like Paul....and my bf is more like Morgan. He just said ily after only 3 months of long distance dating. I couldn't say it back yet. Glad it can still work out when one is struggling with doubts, and the other is so sure.

God revealed to me this guy wasnt the one while reading the bible. I asked god if I schould continue the relationship or not, randomly opened up the bible and the verse said really clearly I should focus on god and not give in to wanting to be loved by a guy. But I did the wrong thing. I continued the relationship for about two months and thank god not many physical things happened with him not even a kiss. I had a bad gut feeling all along and should have listened to that as well. When I couldnt handle it anymore I finally ended it peacefully. Please dont do the same mistake as I did. Listen to your gut, listen to god! I hurt this guy and I hurt myself with my actions.

Thank y’all so much for this. What you said about having doubts from the enemy and how God won’t give you peace and then fear really hit me in a lightbulb way. I’ve been having doubts about my boyfriend and I haven’t wanted to ignore them or push them away, because I thought maybe God had put them there, but it never really felt like God and He has already given me peace about my relationship and marrying my boyfriend someday (I’m not eighteen yet). Hearing that has really just set me free and even since just last night when I watched this video, I have worried so much less. Thank you. ❤️

Good job balancing out how God works with us differently. Most of the time He won't tell us up front, but allows us to make the choice & He (sometimes subtly) puts the stamp of approval. A lot of the time, when we're doing our best to submit to Him, He's guiding us through the process & we have no clue He is.

This was very encouraging. I have had a list for a long time, and I often have to remember to compare that list to the man I am praying about and not comprise.
I think if a man and woman love God and love each other, then their marriage will work. But I also think there is "the one" , as in the one who God knows I will be with and have a blessed marriage with. ♡

I just wanted to let you know I really liked this video. I've had a lot of anxiety and worry about the person I'm currently dating, when there seems to be nothing to cause it. My boyfriend seems to have a lot of peace about our relationship, and I don't; I go back and forth with being happy and then worrying/questioning. I cannot tell whether if it's because God is not giving me peace about it or Satan is attacking me like he did with Paul. So thank you Paul for sharing a little bit of your struggle with the devil in deciding to stay with Morgan (although more details would have been nice 😅) Thanks also for sharing my recent realization that sometimes God will just want you to chase after Him and not have an overly strong opinion about who you marry as long as you have the same main goals and beliefs in chasing after God.

I think peace is such a huge indicator, if God isn’t giving you a big neon sign, to show you He is encouraging or giving you confirmation for whatever decision you have to make.

I really agree with what you say about feeling the peace of God being a sign and fully believe that if we lose that peace we've taken a wrong turn. Speaking of wrong turns, someone once said that it doesn't matter how many wrong steps we may have taken to end up where we are now, there is always a right step that will bring us closer to God - even if it just means going back on the last wrong step we took. It doesn't matter if we've only been taking right steps recently too - there is still a right step we can take that will take us further into His will for us. I like what you say too about God speaking if we really do feel our need of Him - which we all have, whether we actually acknowledge it or not. If our condition of heart is right, He won't leave us helpless and will respond and meet our need as only He can, and we just need to be ready to receive and accept whatever He reveals to us. These things don't just apply to decisions regarding potential spouses, but to any situation we find ourselves dealing with in life. I am sooo thankful that, because of Jesus, I can know of a real relationship with God in life and the help of the Holy Spirit. I can fully enter into why you shed that single tear when God spoke to you so clearly about Paul, Morgan. Experiencing God speaking and working things out so clearly for us is just such a thrill, isn't it?! I feel such experiences with God are just such a privilege, especially when I know He's worked something out that I know is right, but haven't engineered myself in my own strength. I feel very, very thankful to have proven these things in a measure and really just want to stay close to Him, so He can continue to work and mould according to His will.

Hi, for whatever it's worth, I wanted to say that I do believe in the one. After having lived in places where there are no Christian guys around to even have the option of dating and then living in other places where a gal is surrounded by many Christian guys and therefore, many options for dating- the "sorting out" based on specific prayers and desires of the heart became more important- I think. Also, if one knows and is pursuing their calling from God before they've married, I think they need to consider that too in the whole dating-marriage process.

Years ago, I made a list of things I wanted in a husband. The guy I FINALLY started dating (I've liked him for a good year or so) checked off every box, including the more silly things. I have a lot of peace in this relationship and I think he is the one. Watching this video just to hear another opinion. Thanks, guys.

I believe The One is the one you marry. But definitely be in tune with whether or not God is giving you peace. A few years ago I was getting to know a guy and he was all for us being together, bit I was really unsure. During this process my Daddy passed away, so I no longer had his input. But my family really helped me gain perspective on the situation, while at the same time giving me freedom to make my own decision. In the end I put an end to the possibility of marriage to him, and I have thanked God over and over since then. I'm now married to the one! 😄 And so grateful to the Lord for him! I could see God bringing us together, and there was so much more peace in this situation. Also he fits really well in my family, and that's important to me. Also, with the first guy, I felt like I didn't really love him and wasn't really drawn to him, and I prayed that God would cause me to love him if he was the one, and that didn't really change. So, that helped with decision making too.

My friend told me a story about a great Christian guy she was dating but she couldn’t knock the ‘not at peace’ feeling so broke it off. Soon later he started living with some other girl and living a very un Christian life.
