@@qtgaming6902no, you’re partially right. The retractable pump (Forget the name) can’t do infinite water sources unless the water source is REALLY large.

to back your friend up, nuclear power is very similar to steam engines/steam power. You can think of the reactor as the heat source, much the same as burning coal. A reactor does the same process of heating water into steam to spin a turbine, but the process can be understood as this You have fuel and control rods, the fuel rods are uranium-235 or some other substance like thorium. The control rods on the other hand, are another substance, such as boron, cadmium, indium, etc. They provide neutrons. When the control rods are introduced to the fuel rods, the neutrons from the control rods interact with the uranium-235 atoms. This splits the uranium-235 atoms into two, a process that create a significant amount of energy in the form of heat, which is used to heat the aforementioned water into steam. In order to stop a reactor, however, you ironically insert the control rods fully, in a way leaving no room for the uranium-235 atoms to move.
there is actually a create new age block that works similar to a blaze burner that uses nuclear power to function, maybe check that out as Stirling engines are very bad for nuclear power from my limited experience.
each turbine holds about 17000 su, so thats a lot of steam turbines. oh yeah that mod got a blaze burner that works with the heat generated from the nuclear reactor, so.. Nuclear>>Steam>>Electric Power. and i think that one creates more heat for the boiler so you can put even more steam turbines
