An easy way to enter a base without risking other people getting in is with ender porters and you can then activate them remotely using the create mod therefore making a potentially "invisible" base.
What you should've done is built a duplicate decoy house right next to it. And if they walk into it is, you use Create Above and Beyond to launch it to the Moon. The only problem is that there's a 50/50 chance he walks into a right house. Unless you made a decoy for the decoy...
Elytra, levitation + slow fall. Tower up and use a boat to fall in. Very easy ways of getting in these in survival, when you do not put a roof on the build

All Theo's build needs to be harder to defeat is some of the Guardian Beam turrets on top of the inner doorway.
