you must download the drivers . to do that you must go to the manufacture site of your pc.then download it .then run it.then restart the pc.it worked for me
when you go to the manufactures site you must choose your product. for example like my laptop is hp and you must type the product number and then you go there there will be selections for your network adaptor.then you must choose it and download it.
I fixed it! I bought my laptop to a professional and he told me the small wires or the network adapter were broken. So I went to buy a wifi usb adapter for 20 bucks and it works now

The fast talking supervisor at Staples wanted to charge me $170 plus tax to run an overnight “diagnostic” and “repair”. He didn’t even look at it for a full minute. I knew it was BS because the last time I took it there about a year ago with the same problem, the totally different crew fix it on the spot, for way less,(so much less that I did not have to raise an eyebrow) while I roamed around the store which resulted in me buying other handy things I did not go in to buy. GOLDEN TRICK 🎉 If these steps are not working then try this : Connect your phone to wifi then connect your phone to laptop or pc using usb cable and turn on tethering in settings of your phone. This way you can use wifi through usb in your pc or laptop. Then just update everything including windows update and drivers. The wifi drivers will all install smoothly 😊
Nevermind I got it without even watching the video for those If the video didn't work go to arrow where the message, time, language, and battery percentage icon is there should be an arrow guiding upwards, you just have to drag the Wi-Fi option to the before or after the battery percentage.
