36Ft. 2011 Forest River Georgetown
New 60 Mil. TPO Roof
1 Remove roof and ceiling assembly completely.
2 Frame new roof trusses from 2x wood stock 2ft. on center.
3 Add wood nailer strip on ceiling side of truss for intended bead board ceiling to be installed at another shop. Nailers will be 2ft. on center.
4 Secure 5mm luan sheathing to bottom side of truss for ceiling panel.
5 Insulate with "blown in" insulation.
6 Deck roof with 1/2 inch BC grade plywood.
7 Install roofing
8 Rebuild Dashboard
9 3 Solar Panels
10 Recaulked entire coach

Believe me this shop does quality work. I sent my Bristol bay to him from NY in2020 for a new roof and it is still like new 4 years later. Don’t waste your time or money anywhere else. He stands behind his work and great people to deal with 👍🏻
