Thanks!! I was playing on Hard Mode too just for the hell of it. I haven’t finished the storyline yet cuz I’m quite new to the game. And my movements come from my Ace Combat experience Hahahaha. I felt hella proud of this
i didn't even consider fighting them as soon as I saw the mission pop out to retreat I just rushed outta there, i was using an Attacker plane suited only for ground use since the mission had a lot of ground priority targets I was already struggling when I had to deal with other fighter planes and those damn arsenal birds I can't be bothered to fight those maniacs at the time
I was mentally bloodlusted while playing that I didn’t even SEE the fact that the game itself was telling me to retreat Lmao. I haven’t finished the storyline but occasionally I would choose Hard Difficulty to test myself. This mission was apparently a mission I chose to play on Hard Mode
@@Yellow__13 you're much better than I was in my first play through, even though I knew I can retreat, I was so mentally bloodlusted that I kept trying to fight Crimson Squadron but I was humbled after loosing to them 7 times. I can't even beat Crimson on this mission until I have the Chimera, in case you don't know is the best multi-purpose plane and an absolute beast in terms of firepower since you have 3 sets of hard point where you can switch out the MLAAs for MLAGs while also having high maneuverability and decent acceleration making it perfect for this mission.
@@robbieaulia6462 damn. I’m ngl I took like 2 attempts to do this part of the mission cuz I died trying to destroy the ground targets. And when all the priority ground targets were eliminated, I thought all I had to do was destroy the air targets. Then little did I know, the Crimson Squadron was inbound lol
@@Yellow__13 ah that makes sense, but what confuses me the most is dying to the ground targets, did you like crash when trying to shoot the Cordium miners? Cause I'm barely scratched by the air defenses even with the slow ground attacker.
@@Yellow__13 If I remember correctly, for certain planes like the Sk.27, it's just an option you can select instead of flares. I think you can choose it in the same step as picking the plane skin.
Thanks!! I’m quite new to the game lol. I genuinely did not know I could retreat. I was so focused on taking them all on. I didn’t even see they had health bars until crimson 1 called me a bloodthirsty dog
Tbh I think I just won by accident. I was literally focused on taking them all on. I thought I’d be trapped there like most video game bosses would trap you lol. I thought I had no choice
Sol 1: You are unable to fight this disengage and go home...
Monarch (Aka you): ITS TIME...
LMAOOOO
I can only imagine how badass that must've felt! The music! The movement! The diaglogue! Amazing!😊

Absolutely the toughest dogfight in the game and you made it look like a cakewalk! Kudos!
Thanks! I’m still new to Project Wingman. 99% of My experience comes from Ace Combat 7
@@Yellow__13 wait until you unlock the Sk.27 and use the AOA limiter
@@Moabkilr45 I have the SK.27 now lmao. Idk how to get the AOA Limiter rn 💀

@@TheTomaleman yea I know that. The AOA Limiter from my current knowledge is a Module like Flares. But..apparently my SK.27 doesn’t have that rn. Lol
Project wingman ?
Man the mecha and scifi is about to blow up I am glad scifi jet games were at start of it
F16 Viper best dogfighter ftw. (I kinda wish most games would portray it as such because You pretty much win anything that involves speedy turns)
Thank you lol. Apparently the F16 is just one of the Default planes in this game, next to the F4 Phantom
Smooth moves mate!

I didn't know you could actually win the fight against them. I tries once and I left since I thought I was doing no damage maybe I'll try again.
