      Thanks for all the great workouts, Obi. I remember in one of them, you mentioned wanting to come to Japan. If you do make it here, I live in central Nagano with my wife and 12 yr old son, as some sort of return for your efforts, you'd be most welcome to come stay if you like. Have basic free weights etc down stairs, also local gyms for 1 quid nearby. Cheers Kim

    I was struggling to really make that muscle mind connection when I was working my back, but doing this workout I really felt great, and my back was so big and sore after I was done. Thanks for this video mate!

    For people that want to try this but don't have a membership at a local gym or wherever, try this at home. Even if you don't have machines or anything I just tied a band around a high surface and did some of these exercises and it hella kills the back

    Your technique is impeccable. I do use false grip as well a lot on back excersizes as I feel it activates the back more. Great content man! I have adopted a lot of Your routines and are seeing great results!

    When doing lat pull downs I prefer no swinging at all because at that point your momentum is being used to “throw” the weight rather than using the muscle

    Thank you for your video. I just wanted to ask you a question and hopefully you see this comment. I did all your back workouts that you showed us in this video but I was also wondering, I have a herniated disc and I feel no pain do you know or can you maybe one day do a video on back workouts with a herniated disc. Or maybe lower back workouts that focused on having a stronger lower back for a person like me with a herniated disc thank you very much.

    hi , i have tried to follow this back routine but it seems very difficult for me to start the workout with the paused deadlift..
    now , i think its because my lower back needs to strengthen a little bit..
    have you got any suggestions for a possible lower back targeting exercise or maybe a good warm-up ? @obi vincent

I'm primarily focused on CrossFit but need to put some muscle on my mid-back, especially rhomboid area for posture correction and to counterbalance some bad shoulder positioning.       use a cable machine .. and do a seated cable row or single arm cable row :-)
