Been watching since you started and wanted to throw some props to your production crew! Filming, editing, audio etc all super on point plus love the humour too! Nice work!
Great surfing as always. I admired how you did your best to try make the board work, from multiple fin options to testing a small wave board design in punchy West Oz head high + wave conditions to try get it going. Far more superior surfboard manufacturers and board models out there. The production has stepped up several notches, great work team.
My observations are the same on all the Dane inspired shapes I’ve tried. They prefer a head high + punchy wave. Might just be the single throughout that he prefers, combined his home break conditions.
Amazing review as always! I'm a huge fan Here my thoughts...maybe you could put your tail pad all way back...almost on the leash plug Then i think you will playfull with the large fins... Great edition too Cheers from Brazil
Hey wooly awesome vid again as always just wondering what the main differences you felt between this board and the happyeveryday givin there very similar and if you had to buy one what would it be cheers
@@Undergroundffn I think I preferred the Happy Everyday but just look at the length and volume that suits your height. Both are good boards that work in a variety of conditions
How does this one compare to the DHD Phoenix? Its marketed as a groveller but everyone is just surfing overhead. 😅 A bit afraid that its not so user friendly as the DH
Very different boards, the Red Tiger is a daily driver and the DD2 is a step down/groveller. Cant really compare them but the Red Tiger suited my surfing better.

Hey wooly, Did you prefer this or the pyzel red tiger? After a daily driver. JS zero gravity looks the pick but got so many JS’s and just after something different.
@@Ronny439 really depends on your height and volume you want to ride. Both would work as a daily driver but the length to volume ratio is very different. I was on a 5’11” DD2 and 6’2” on the Red Tiger.

For me I dont think it will grovel as well as the Phoenix. The Phoenix is wider and flatter, but in head high surf the DD2 wins.
How is this vs the red tiger? Which one you like more????
Very different boards, the Red Tiger is a daily driver and the DD2 is a step down/groveller. Cant really compare them but the Red Tiger suited my surfing better.
What you prefer to ride in good waves...Dumpster diver 2 or CI Happy every day???
I prefer the Happy Everyday over the Dumpster Diver 2 BUT I have a lot of friends who prefer the DD2. It really depends on how you surf.

Great Review, Wooly! Overall, based on your last considerations, you prefer the JS Xero Fusion on small/medium waves. Am I right?

The board looked a bit bulky for your surfing. Maybe a size down would’ve gone better. That backside roundhouse was mental though 🔥
@@j.mach1133 I think it’s just the flat deck/thick rails. If I went down a size it would be too under volume for me to paddle :)
