A common misconception is that the plants used for Bonsai are genetically 'dwarfed' plants. Bonsai trees are normal plants, propagated like any other, but trained using sophisticated techniques to keep them miniature. The styling of these miniature trees involves important techniques like regular pruning and wiring.
Another awesome video Gabe, I loved it. The view from the top of your hike was amazing and the sunset with music on the beach was beautiful!! How cool to meet up and hang out with friends. I’m SUPER excited to see 599K subscribers!!! It’s gonna happen!!! This INCREDIBLE and AMAZING travel channel is about to hit another milestone!!! Yay!!! 🎉🎉🎉👏👏👏
That parrot at the start of the video is a Cockatoo. It is one of 21 species of parrots. There was one at the house I stayed at in Queensland, Australia.
I really enjoyed Victor's bongo playing at the end of the video. The other musicians were also great to hear. Those Koi, nishikigoi or colored varieties of the common carp, kept for decorative purposes in outdoor ponds or water gardens, are HUGE.
I have been living here. Yes, there are hippies here but whole population is very diversify. Lots of Jews. Russians, Burmese (labours) and not many Thai people. Beautiful place where you can keep it for yourself ignoring anyone else.
Bonsai (Japanese: 盆栽, lit. 'tray planting') is the Japanese art of growing and shaping miniature trees in containers, developed from the traditional Chinese art form of penjing (盆景).
Really cool hike and waterfalls! I’m surprised there were so many but also not really since google maps showed jungle area! Really great friends, thank you for sharing!
That was such an epic hike. Victor and Mirjam seem so cool. I really enjoyed the music at the beginning and end. Is that purple instrument a didgeridoo? If so, I've never seen one quite like that!
Loved Koh Phangan, been there once, nice beaches and not too much people, especially northern part of island. South and main city are more street food market and party vibe. 🎉🎉Have fun dude! 👍
I always envied the hippie lifestyle, but I'm too darn practical and industrious. Your buddy Victor seems to possess that free-spirit mindset perfectly.
Ditto here. I was thinking same thing. I went to a somewhat hippie college, and did my fair share of meandering to the cafes in my birks with an armful of books, some academic, some not.....had a great time doing it, Ill always be just a tad weird up next to a harried costco manager with 4 kids and a wife and impending tuition bills and weddings to pay for plus the suv and the yearly trips to CO or FL and my colleagues and friends for that matter, but full on hippie vibe not possible anymore.
He's in great shape. So are you. Maybe the two of you can collab and start a start a fitness channel. I would be interested in knowing how you stay fit and healthy while traveling so much.
@myexplorations5961 Have you seen how much Gabriel walks?! Also, swimming, and he said in his last video that he did exercises on the beach - do keep up!
I actually filmed a clip talking with him about it on the beach, but didn't include it in the finished video. It's a custom made drum that a friend of his made for him.

Strained video of body parts. Unauthentic, sorry. I'm here for the country not for the uncomfortable looking semi naked couple. You're not fooling anyone, Gabriel with this creepy video. Not cool, but rather silly and pretentious 😂
We need to see cobras & spiders in the future accommodations. Plus, I haven't looked very hard, but there is a temple to rats in India. Has Gabe been there? @itchyboots has & she doesn't like rats.
i don't know if you are following "geo politics" on going lakshsdweep vs maldives controversy, if not then research about it, any plans to visit lakshsdweep islands? this is opportunity for you to not just get millions of views but win hearts of indians and make loyal indian following. visiting lakshsdweep even before indian vloggers, may get you shout out from indian government officials, like foreign affairs ministry, can be opportunity for you to make friendly relations with government of india as well, government is dying to promote lakshsdweep islands, it's more of fight of respect than economy now.
Feels like being in one of these western yoga communities with tons of showing off breasts and abs and cleavage, posing, clearly handstand, for sure😂, and yes: almond milk👊 on top. Surely nice, if it's something new for you😘

Very sad to see that parrot 🦜behind bars in his own habitat just for the pleasure of the human ( invader ) eyes and the invaders roaming freely😔.
Οh Gabriel, even in a tropical paradise island in Thailand you managed to find a way to talk about Greece!
Congratulations on your 600K Gabriel ! Cheers

Awesome, thanks for sharing that completely irrelevant data with us.
What's the temperature, thor?
What's yer ma doing Thor?
Had many full and halfmoon partys at that waterfall, no electricity, only running water from the river, spent many many hours trekking in the jungle,
Was there 20 yrs ago and it had a western hippy vibe, was good apart from the
hippy wannabies.
it looks as hot as it is in Australia right now!
This video really showed how juicy Viktor is lol, I give him 2 years before that HGH belly gets to Joe Rogan levels.
I have tried to buy airplane tickets at last minute before. It seems that they’d rather go 70% full.
