The government is not going to clean the gully; therefore, the community should stop throwing things into it
Garbage trucks don't frequent those areas and the roads are small.
Why are the taxes being collected then, if your going to make a statement like that? With proper garage collection it may reduce incidents like these!
People going to still throw them in there.
We get collection weekly where I am from but when you go walk in the bush, the amount of trash that is dumped is UNBELUEVABLE. PEOPLE ARE NASTY.
Jamaicans need to do better on their own. You live in your own environment so keep it clean! Don’t wait for the government to save you - won’t happen in ANY country! Be the change you want.

I see what your people are doing with all the garbage, trying to pile it together for floating animals trying to stay afloat and alive, but once this hurricane is gone please don't wait for the goverment to clean that mess up, they don't get in no hurry & all that garbage don't need to end up in the ocean!!!😢😢😢 Clean up your country & your rivers from all that trash! I know your country is reliant on tourism for a majority of your income--that does not look like any place people would want to visit, so be proud people, be proud of your country & what it has to offer others & form some cleanup crews to recycle all that garbage, get it out of your rivers and streets & most of all, keep it from making it to the ocean.
