This was very helpful. We didn't have a 36mm wrench for the fan clutch, so we used an 1-1/2 inch wrench and a hammer. Keeping the pulley from spinning was difficult, but it worked with pressure on one of the pulley bolts with a screwdriver while we tapped the wrench with a hammer. Great video 👍🏻
great video and job I'm a fiy myself and for the people that want to know what the bolt poundage means is hand tight when it stops turning keep up the great work
Definitely can be done without a torque wrench incase you don't have on. Just snug the bolts up and then go a little extra until it gets to the point you really have to pull hard.
the video is great but one thing he missing was the silicone on the gasket on the water pump he didn't put any silicone but otherwise the video was fantastic

10:22 What kind of tool are you using?
I have a 2002 Ford explorer and I have a coolant leak on the left side would you say that could be the water pump or the seal
How do you properly recycle coolant? No one takes it that I know of. Thanks in advance.
How do you know if the water pump is bad . By the way i love watching your videos very helpful and precise.
Do you use silicone?

What is that attachment called that he used to break the fan clutch nut? It attached to the air ratchet.
How did you get fan off
How long does this take to do if you are an actual mechanic?
Could a bad seal on the water pump cause leakage?
Yes there is water head gasket sealents for that . Let it dry well.
the video is great but one thing he missing was the silicone on the gasket on the water pump he didn't put any silicone but otherwise the video was fantastic
how tf did you get the fan off so easy?
