ok great landrover, but one big mistake guys,and could easy been avoided, its in the engine bay,everything else is period and correct for the year..........except the carburettor !! should be Zenith ,not the little weber ,new old stock zeniths are available at a big price, so 9.99 out of 10 from me
Looks like parabolic springs as well should be a decent ride

Also the rivets on the bodywork have been painted and should be unpainted.

Lonely! This beauty reminds me how I fell in love with Land Rover for the first time in my childhood.
What I drove in the army in the 70’s. A complete delight….easy to drive…..and this one is a super example.
Great job on this classic land rover a full restoration of the best 4x4 the best job that keep this Britain 's most loved off roader on the road.

I have a 1980 Series 3 109" and they are noisy, rattly and uncomfortable. having nice paint will not alter that.
My uncle in Donegal has the same one only his is a 74 hardtop with a company sign of the garage he works at
