    That daisy chain technique is an excellent idea which I would not have though of on my own. I have skipped ever using hooks for fear of the meat falling off as it becomes very tender.
    Thanks for the video.

      So you hang them for how long? What temp, and for how long? Is it okay to just hang them throughout the entire cook, or should they be wrapped…do you follow a 3-2-1 rule or what to do?

    I just purchased the pro basket for the regular bronco. Is there enough room to still hang a rack? I’m looking at it right now and think I’d have to cut them in half. Thoughts?

      Hey Raul Films, I agree they will need to be cut down somewhat in order to keep them from dragging in the coals. One option would be to move the pro pan over to one side as much as possible allowing for additional space for the ribs to hang. Thanks for watching my friend and if not already please hit that subscribe button and like the video. It will really help me out 👍🏻

      @@BakersBBQ thanks one more question. Do you see any difference in hanged vs grate ribs without a deflector plate? Essentially they’re the same?

      @BakersBBQ  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@VillanuevaMedia you’re welcome. I prefer without the heat deflector. Matter a fact I rarely use my heat deflector. I believe going without the heat deflector gives the ribs a better taste and texture.

      @@VillanuevaMedia one more thing…I believe that the hanging ribs turn out better…better bark and taste 👍🏻

    Does anyone else’s ribs burn when hanging their ribs on their Bronco ? I usually run my temps. Around 230-250f, and get some jumps up to 275.
    I dont seem to have that problem with my offset smoker. I can run it at 250-275, no problem. Any suggestions?

      Thanks for watching Brother! I haven’t had this problem but I usually light the basket on one side and hang the ribs on the opposite side so it’s not over the direct heat. I have noticed my ribs are done about an hour to an hour and a half earlier when hanging verses putting them on the grates. Also, I believe that spare ribs hold up better when hanging than baby backs. Try trimming the ribs down comp style or cutting the rack in half & see if that helps. Happy Smokin!
