That is one solid pit and love seeing all those birds hanging and cooking! Apple wood works great for chicken for sure. Awesome job Seth! Have a great weekend brother and keep on grillin!
The bronco is definitely one of my favorite smokers that I have. If you haven’t done it yet make a turkey on it and hang it horizontally, it is mine blowing.
Ya this grill is quickly becoming my favorite. Right now it’s a tie in between my UDS and this but I like all the additional bells and whistles the Bronco Pro came with! And a turkey is on my list! 🍻
New to the channel due to Instagram and your 500!! Congrats!! Loved that cutting board. Never seen anything like that. Looks great. Thanks for sharing!!
The bronco is so amazing, I just picked up the bronco and the oklahoma offset smoker on the same day and I put them both to use yesterday the bronco instantly was my favorite It cooks great I smoked several different things and packed it up to go to a dinner party but before I left the house I threw a Brisket on and just let it cook until I returned home and it was so juicy and tasty. I did add a water pan under the Brisket and it worked wonders I love this thing.
100% agreed! Super easy to use and puts out great food! I really like my Bronco Pro and how massive it it compared to the Bronco! Easily one of my favorite cookers! 🍻
Love the fancy Seasoning music!! Also will be purchasing a hanging rack for my UDS so that I can cook some chicken like this too!! Looks really tasty too!!! 10/10 Mad Horse BBQ
Nice I looked at the Bronco and the Gateway but went with Gateway. By your video they cook the same delicious Chicken. I do say your Bronco with the wheels has an advantage I should have thought of. What great smokers for anyone thinking about a barrel smoker I recommend them.
DAMMMMM those look UUUUUUHHHHH MAXZING! I been eyeballing 👀👀👀👀those barrel drums but haven't pulled the trigger yet. This video definitely making want to pull it! lol
I roast my chicken on the Weber using reglar Kingsford coals (ready in 5 minutes) (i always use lighter fluid because it works fukin great) my chickens ready in 30-40 minutes. Tender and good and no brine! I have all vents wide open. It runs at about 280-300 deg. I top then chicken with Stubbs sweet heat!
Some really nice looking chicken Brian. Looks delicious! So we both have obsessions with grills and snowblowers! Love to know what snowblower your itchin to use. Great cook.
@@MadHorseBBQ lmao I figured you probably have. I was listening to one of your videos in the background while surfing the web for a drum smoker and I was like holy crap it literally sounds like I am listening to Seth Rogan right now lol
The Bronco Pro hands down. I like the fact that it’s super easy to control temps, the size, and all the attachments that come with it. Still love my PBC but the Bronco Pro ranks higher in my book. 🍻
No problem and here’s the link to the board. I’m a brand ambassador for them so if you buy use code “MadHorse20” to save 20%! hiawathawoodworks.com/product/pro-series-maple/
I was intrigued by it when it first came out. I was thinking about a pit barrel cooker but this looks like a much better option. I can pick up a brand new regular Bronco for $250.00 on Facebook marketplace. I like Pro though because I know that Weber 22 inch racks fit on it. I wonder if WSM 18 inch grills fit on the regular Bronco?
@@ndmike ya I have a PBC as well but the Bronco pro imo is the way to go. And yes I believe the WSM 18” grates fit in the Bronco. But the overall size and weight of the Bronco Pro is super impressive and she holds temps in all weather conditions.
I’m looking at the bronco joe right now and the versatility with temperature control is a selling point. The SnS grill is nice too. What brand of snow blower did you got?
@@MadHorseBBQ I currently have a cub cadet for many years that did it’s job well but I was starting looking around for a replacement. Ariens seems well built and long lasting. I’d like to upgrade to a 28” or 32” if it’s not too unwieldy.
@@therider6926 ya I really like my 28”, fits I the garage with both vehicles and the things eats snow , the 32” is sweet but would’ve been a bit more challenging storing in the garage.
@@MadHorseBBQ similar situation here, I want to be able to tuck it away in a corner in the summer. My garage is small. Either will be better than my 24”.
I had no idea that Seth Rogan was into BBQ! Sweet Vid thank you!
Haha thanks! I get that a lot!
Ha ha I was thinking the same !!!
The misses just bought me this for my bday and watching your channel has got me excited for some great food love the channel
Hey thank you very much @sack943! The Bronco pro is a beast and you’ll love it!

@Dutch it’s was a pr bandage due to the intake tube not fitting. If not for that, I would have not got nothing.
@Dutch THERE CS SUX!!
@Dutch only the red kettle and the propane grills are made overseas. Weber is great
@Dutch dang, I want the 26 inch Weber kettle as well
All I can say is Wow! Looks like good eats. Thank you.
Awesome video sir. I also have the Oklahoma barrel smoker. Nicely done
Thanks! And I love my pro!

Do you think it's better with the baffle plate or not? Taste, performance, etc? Thanks. Love the vids, man!
Great video Bryan. Which is you favorite PBC or Oklahoma Joe??
Awesome lookin Birds BBQ Brian! I was hoping to see the blower in action!
Thanks! And it for sure crossed my mind so when we get a significant amount of snow I’ll have to do a cameo!
Have you tried smoking without the heat deflector to get the grease fog like in the PBC??
Any way to add wood during the middle of a cook without removing the cooking rack and deflector plate?
Love me some chicken. I could eat it every day.
Me and you both Jason!
Nice,BTW the 1st time I saw you talk about the seasoning tray,I bought it,works great,Guess u could use it for anything except a Large brisket

Thanks Jay! And I have the Ariens 28” Deluxe SHO.
Brian..nice! I'm in Buffalo so we get plenty of snow.
Looked great Brian. Do I see a pit barrel cooker vs bronco vs uds in the near future? No pressure
Thank you! And I’m thinking a Bronco Pro vs WSM vs UDS video quite possibly!
Hey Bri! No doubt this is an awesome versatile pit! Birds looked terrific! 👍
I heard that......Don't waste B&B just use Kingsford. 👍🍺 \m/

How was the taste with running the baffle
Do you think you could get this pit to maintain a temp of 150 consistently? I'm wondering how it would do smoking summer sausage and snack sticks?
I don’t see why you couldn’t. Thanks for the idea. Maybe one of my next cooks on that will be something low and slow around 200.
