    I like it, and good stuff, tho the use of it in systema would be focused around the mobility and technique of moving around on the ground ECT. Very wonderful for that

    However push ups are actually one of the most harmful exercises you can do to your body, especially given people tend to do the incorrectly and too much, you should do push ups as slowly as humanly possible, you actually want to use the inner power for push up, essentially moving your body with your breath. Take one whole minute to go down, hold it for one minute and then another whole minute to go back up. Do 5 like that and see what it does

      Yes very good Rusty. A slow push up is the classic Systema variation. It is certainly challenging and checks your breath, body and spirit.

      @@matthillsystema indeed, ad well as just slow controlled movement actually works and utilizes much more of your muscle than fast hard movement

      I feel breath is more like air inside a ball--it is the air (breath) that adjusts be it falling down or doing pushups.
