Thanks for this vlog nick, I already have iP15+ and I really enjoyed it as an average person. iP14P and iP15 has very close capability and performance so I believe there is no wrong choice between these two great phones I am sure about that.

I can digest the lack of less premium material choices or the double lens camera, besides, as a 14 Pro owner I adore the light design and overall more comfy form factor, BUT after getting used to a 120hz panel for the last years, the base iPhone is an absolute no go for me, it could offer 5 times the features, with that panel absolutely NO!
Lol. It took me so long to switch to iphone purely because it took them 6 years to get 120hz displays after they started apearing in phones. I cant recommend anything less than a pro iphone to anyone. It sucks to be on 60hz in 2024.

@@ChiragSama idc about the battery life because I’m not addicted to my phone, any phone lasts a full day easily, and I prefer the 120z and telephoto lens. Upgrades between iPhone 15 and 13 are not worth the price difference IMO.

I sent back the 15 pro it wasn't worth the price i went for the 14 pro feels premium like my old 13 pro and i still get the camera upgrade, slightly thinner bezels, slightly improved display and the dynamic island. Yeah it has lightning but i only plug my phone in when i go to bed i don't do large file transfers ever although even if i did the usb-c to usb-c connection from the 15 pro to my pc didn't work without using a usb-c to usb-a adaptor rendering it a useless "upgrade" anyway. I got a used 14 pro for half the price of a 15 pro with battery health at 98% still under Apple warranty and the display etc is in mint condition so i'm happy! I picked up the Apple watch se 2 and it's a great combo 😊
I got the iPhone 15 at the start of this year, base model blue. It is fantastic, although I may have preferred the 14 pros because 14 pro and 15 use the same chip. But I'm happy to stay with the iPhone 15 as I did upgrade from the iPhone x.

@@Kingkop38_ who said i cared about zoom?☠️, based on the 15’s 10x and the 14 pro’s 15x its only logical id choose the 14 pro because it has more value not just in zoom compared to the 15 but also higher refresh rate, and i dont wanna switch to Samsung because im locked in the apple ecosystem, the seamless file transfer and data transfer between apple devices is very useful and efficient for my school work, but if i switch to samsung, well thats just gonna break the balance

I work in a hotel kitchen so the base 15 128gb model works for me. Battery just crushes my old SE 2020..... The 15 actually crushes the SE 2020 as a whole.

This two are confusing cause 14 Pro has 120hz, always on display while the 15 has better battery, better camera (except for the lack of telephoto lens) and usb c. Like this things confuses me on which one to buy 😭 AND both have the same exact chip.

It's really so annoying, 15 would have been perfect for most people if it was 120 hz as every phone on earth, most users won't need the pro cameras
60hz does matter in 2023 or especially in 2024, u can't make excuses that ios is best 60hz os.. now it feels laggy. 60hz is 60hz it's not even close to 90 or 120hz.
I got the 15 plus right now and I absolutely love it the battery is better than both phones and I just love tje big phones but thats just me though

I think I should’ve went to the 14 pro max but went with the 15 plus. The screen on my z flip 4 broke so I had to upgrade to something more durable

For me its gotta be the 14P max, 120 HZ refresh is great and going back to 60hz is WAY too hard lol
i have the 14 pro max, no difference than the 15 pro max. No reason to upgrade
And that's why apple discontinued the 14pro and 14 pro Max
I actually upgraded from the 14 pro max to 15 pro max. And was pleasantly surprised by the camera improvements they r bigger than u realize. The improved hdr and processing is much better. Also the 8gb of ram really makes things feel smoother and apps stay open for so much longer. All the little things add up
Also 15 pro max feel so much better in the hand , and way lighter, you can definitely feel the 20 g difference

1) 120HZ is what should be in all the phones in 2023, apple giving 60hz on iPhone 15, which is so expensive is just like they are scamming you.
2) The 14pro build quality is definitely better it feels more premium, you get a telephoto lense,macro mode as well.
3)The lidar sensor on the 14pro will help a lot in low light photography, I thought you would mention the lidar, but you forgot, I think.
4) Having the exact same chipset.

the 15's main camera uses a worse sensor, noticeably smaller, therefore, less detail in photos when zooming and worse low light performance

Someone who does appreciate phone's design and doesn't want to make phone bigger? You pasy extra for premium quality and then hide it under cheap silicon... I've had my Fold 4 without case for over a year and only acquired two scratches - well worth it for the feel of the phone.
@@Mietas2 I will put cheap silicone, especially with a shiny back + a device with a glass back, even if it is metal, it will have smooth edges like old devices.

@@merveakpnar8288 The 14 Pro provides all the advantages with a Lightning port, but do not compare a new one with a used one if they are both new. + The color difference is in favor of the 14 pieces + The 14 Pro is heavier and has a slightly smaller battery and is considered more expensive.

For the first time I am going to buy a brand new iPhone 15 because of the type C port, it's shelf life and how its resale value. I currently have a Samsung S10+ but I also use a MacBook Air M1.
For most people, these so called pro features don't really matter and go unnoticed.

I’m watching this on my iPhone 15 lol. As a visually impaired person, I don’t care about the 120 H display on the iPhone 14 pro. I’m happy that I have a phone which is comfortable to hold and I don’t need to clean it every day. It just looks so great. Especially with a shiny blue phone case🥳 And the battery life is amazing! Also, the loudspeakers are amazing. But it feels weird to have a newer phone than my dad

Base iphone model is the worst possible decision. I would count it as a medium range phone bcs of 60hz, huge af bezels with cheap build quality.
120hz screen makes all the difference in the world. Once you have it, you can’t go back as everything less than that feels like it’s glitchy and laggy. So 14 pro easily here.

That way 14pro would sell way less. They can use same class camera and the same chipset on a phone that is 200 dollars less. For 200 dollars only usefull stuff you get would be 120hz and 3x telephoto

And your feelings about the phones w/o real benchmark data imply nothing other than personal preferences. that is the sad and reality part of trying to get any useful iPhone feedback. Honestly, sating “I feel that….” Is not a criteria that anyone can use to objectively purchase any of these iPhone.
