Is it IMPOSSIBLE to do peekaboo on classic prongs?? Just asking so I can see whether there’s still hope or if I should let this design element go from my dream ring

The north south makes the stone look more elongated. Although I would venture a guess that the other setting is safer for the stone?

why not 14k white gold head instead of platinum? platinum scratches more easily
