These directions broke my keyfob. Instead, have the slot facing up towards the ceiling and the key slot facing towards the floor. Both the slot and the key slot should be facing you. Insert the screw driver into the top slot (not where the key goes), push INWARDS and turn it to the left or counter clockwise. That will pop it open

I also broke my FOB using this video, I use a utility knife along the sides and it was so easy to open.

This video is misinformation. Using the screwdriver at the start breaks the keyfob.
