Can use frosted paper/sticker to stick on the bathroom glass. The space between the bathroom & the washing machine, I will add a tall cupboard that can use as both a wardrobe & kitchen storage like utensils, foods, dinnerwares, pot & pan. The space under the sink will add a mini fridge with a freezer. I will also hang a curtain on the windows that is next to the river. I will use a futon & add a small foldable table. 😊😊

@@roehrc rather than a loft bed, it is better if just a bed that has underneath storage. The loft bed will just make that room smaller. A higher bed that can fit two drawers but not as high like a loft bed. One more thing the last thing you want to do before sleeping is to climb a stairs just to get to bed especially when you're tired. the loft bed will just cover the windows and that window has a very good view and large too.
It's a a nice apartment just very small.
This is the best option for me so far. The view is outstanding as it's by a river, not directly to someone's window house. So it has the best amount of natural light and having 2 windows means cross-over ventilation! I can work on the space and practice being a minimalist with just enough stuff. I love it so much!! 😍
the best so far, the best used space, the most pleasant bathroom and the most harmonious and natural environment. If you compare the others, they had more space, but that's it.
I agree. Even the design of the toilet room combined with the bathroom is good because it only has 1 sliding door versus two separate doors in other apartments. You could also put a desk next to the bathtub wall and have a futon that rolls out at night and is a couch during the day. Just move the chair next to the desk at the bathtub wall.

Why don't you like it? This one is my ideal, so far. The copious windows make it less claustrophobic and safer feeling (more escape options). No ladder to climb up into a cramped, windowless loft. The exposed toilet is an easy fix with a curtain. I think the bathtub & river next door are bonuses! A loft bed would leave room for a small dresser, or you could get a bed with underneath storage and use a foldable table desk.
The hidden sink plumbing is very sleek. And to have a bathtub almost seems like a luxury. 😂
I like it a lot, and the rent too. I would put the bed on drawers from ikea and a table top as a pull out desk - then You get a lot of storage, the TV - I would put it on an arm so I could move it for correct view when watching. Thanks for bringing us along 💖💖💖
Hmmm. The loft bed would get in the way of the bar set for hanging clothes. So that wouldn't work. I recommend a standard single bed with under-bed storage or a fold-out futon (where it can be a sofa and a bed.) Get one of those bed desk tables or lap tables for a laptop for either working or watching TV. You can also safely install corner shelving right by the riverside window (to double as a bedside table and some more storage for lighter things.) A small TV could be installed on the wall above the induction stove if permitted. I agree with @jurianna1740 for using temporary frosted paper to stick to the bathroom/shower area glass. You can still have lots of light and privacy. You get some lovely views, and it sounds like an ideal location. I could make it work if you're creative and minimal.

This is my favourite so far!! Two windows opposite to eachother, good ventilation and good light, and I think with a light frost paper (not sure my translation 😅) in the inside of the bathroom, make private and still light can go through! Particularly I would chose the kind of "convertible beds" where you can "hide" the bed and show the desk and in revers but a "loft bed" is fine too.
Loved the windows and the river view. However, that bathroom is a deal killer. Great apartment for an exhibitionist!
I actually have a low loft bed for myself. I'm a 58 year old female and have had it for over a year. I love it! I use a folding ladder instead of the one it came with. It's easier on my feet. My grandkitty likes it because she can lay in bed and watch the birds. She can watch other wildlife better too since she's up higher now. 😂 🐱

I like how bright it is. Seems like a nice location too! The glass around the toilet is weird, but a refrigerator would give some privacy.
Love the light and the view. The glass wall of the toilet and bath makes the room look less claustrophobic. Privacy issues can be addressed with blinds or curtains. Not a fan of loft beds, as they will probably shrink the sense of space. I will just use a sofa bed that can extend into a double mattress at night and a desk (either foldable or smaller than usual). My favorite of the apartments so far :)
i love this one. included washer dryer👏 big sink. large windows on both sides. a boat and a river...like Venice in Italy😉😂 bathroom has a tub too...nice👏with large glass wall makes the room feel bigger but i would use curtains. under $500 usa is good price 👍

Actual prep space on a countertop! In front of a large window! And a view! A fridge would partly hide the toilet, that would be good. Although bathrooms with glass walls are a little strang, it gives them so much natural light, and it makes the space feel larger than a closed bathoom. My favorite so far!

I like this. It's definitely small, but with the natural sunlight and the large windows/glass walls, I think it probably feels less cramped. But it's definitely a "no guests ever" kind of space. Unless you place curtains along that back wall along the toilet room for privacy.
Your current apartment is the best. You may not need to look for other places.
Each apartment seems to have its issues 😅 I think we are all stunned by seeing a toilet when you enter an apartment 😂 I love it for the light and great views 😎 🌳 it has good space for storage and the rent seemed reasonable. Since the bathroom has a sliding door, I wonder if you could have a curtain on the living room side to screen along that whole wall?
Those things that hang from the ceiling to support a rod for drying clothes could be used to hold a curtain. 😊
You may not have found your ideal apartment. But you’re putting a great deal of thought into it. Good luck in your pursuit.

A micro apartment is only for one person, so a glass wall for the bathroom is the best way to have natural light on it... It depends on whether the water develops watermarks or not... you will probably spend a lot of time cleaning the bathroom... if you have light work and spend a lot of time in the apartment, it is a good option. If not... that apartment needs much maintenance, so choose another.
It is an excellent apartment with beautiful views.

You can add a translucent film to the bathroom glass to create privacy.
A Murphy bed with a desk will work for this type of space and will allow you to have more space in the room during the day. Between the toilet and the sink counter, I would put a tall narrow closet with shelves and drawers. The glass windows by the bathroom can be covered either with curtains or opaque film over the glass.
We humans are able to adjust the environment to our benefit. It is just that this rent is faaaar from your current rent and an even smaller room. To this would be a NO! 🤷
I would put in a futon to be my sofa and bed. Then use a folding table to also work as my desk, I can pull up to the futon. I'd put in a loft, but use it for storage: clothes, hobbies, kitchen stuff, including a food panty. I'd put in a small fridge either between the washer and toilet room or under the sink, whichever ends up working best. I'd hang up a curtain so if I need to, I can cover the glass in case I have someone over to give privacy.

i actually love the simplicity of this layout compared to all those loft-types with toilets right at the entrance. the wood accents & the huge windows with a view of the river are a plus! the kitchen is definitely way bigger than your kitchen at your current apartment. you could just do something about the glass walls of the bathroom, but i think this one's a really good deal for sure.
Loft bed with desk under. Storage under counter. Small fridge between counter and toilet. Can you put frosted cling on the glass? If so I would do that at the shower for privacy
This is a contender, light is great. Get frosted paper for the glass bath. The elevated bed and storage is perfect. Under cabinet for kitchen wonderful. Get smaller fridge and set microwave on top and you have a great kitchen and living.
1. DONT use a LOFT BED. That will make the place smaller. You can make a bed that has storage underneath, so make a bed little higher, NOT LOFT BED.
2. Put a MIRROR or reflective stickers on bathroom walls, it will make the room bigger.

In my opinion looks pretty good and it's well organized for the limited space, love the bathroom and toilet. It's well decorated. The only bad thing I see it's that if you like me work from home it it's kinda uncomfortable because you either put a desk or a bed you can't have both, i could put a sofa bed there and have a desk like the one you have that you can flex and put under the bed, but in a long term maybe your back can be resented for the position, the othee bad thing its that need floating cabinets to storage your stufss but what. I oove its that has enough space for a fridge which not many leave even having a washing machine which to me it's hard to understand. Also needs some floor storage and a shoe shield but they last can be put by your own
That's one of the best so far. Blinds on the bigger window, loft bed with desk underneath, tension rod inside the bathroom with a shower curtain to cover your washing habits. Really for a few additions you can have everything you need, fridge included, and more space. Alternatively, have you thought of adding the loft bed in the apartment you already rent. You could put a fridge under it beside the desk. Just thinking aloud, and really enjoying this series of viewings. We have just downsized, it's not easy to have all you need in a smaller space.
Given how small the apartment is, I really think there is no need to have a bathtub. Having a standing shower would free up a bit more space for storage or something.
I'go for a small refrigerator and storage racks under the sink. I'd intall a small
desk between the washer and the toilet wall, the space on the counter above the washer could be used as an extension of the small desk when working. By the window with the view on the river, I'd put a fix bed with underneath drawers for folded clothes and shoes and poles fixed on one of the walls to suspend clothes.
This place requires to own very fewn things but the stress was put on the utilities and appliances that make life comfortable. I love that you have space to be at ease when using the toilet and taking a shower and that you can even do this with the daylight.
With all your videos, I can see that the smaller the spaces are, the better they are designed. I am also amazed by the cleanliness of every place that you visit. Do you select them by how clean they look or is it the common level of cleanliness ?

I think you can get a smaller rubbish bin and hide it under your sink. Then use the space for the current rubbish bin to put a fridge. Then you can store every food in the fridge or on top of the fridge with a rack. Or use overdoor hooks to install some baskets for food and drinks you don’t need to store in the fridge. I don’t think you like loft bed.

If a small refrigerator were put under the cook plate, the area to the left of the washer/dryer could be used for storage/closet space. The room has those two sticks from the ceiling that can have a rod across to dry laundry, have a curtain to hide the bathroom as well.
It is nice and bright, and with the window there, a loft bed would work out as your desk will feel more open.
Definitely one of the best so far! If a loft bed fits it seems ideal! Natural light is a major plus!
Small issues like bathroom glass can be fixed easily with non transparent paper, etc.
Next to a small desk, you could have a shoe storage, and next to washing machine a wardrobe.
Under the sink a small fridge and you are good to go! 🙂
This is actually a really nice small apartment! I know you can see the toilet area but you could always also put curtains I guess if you're allowed to mount curtain rails along the ceiling. Or tension rods? There's potential here.

I love the glass wall for the bath and toilet, but would definitely not work if you have friends over😅 So I would put frosted stickers on the lower half of the glass for it to be private enough but I can still see outside or just put an opaque waterproof curtain that I can remove when alone and put back again if I have guests over. And put a floor to ceiling cabinet in the space between the toilet door and the kitchen, so can be used for storage. I can put a small fridge and freezer under the sink. I would also put a small horizontal cabinet on the wall beside the door for extra storage. A small folding table and a futon would be ideal here instead of a loft bed, cause the loft bed would block a lot of the natural light. And blackout curtains would be good to use here for insulation as well as to prevent ligh from coming in when I wanna sleep in. And I love that it's beside the river❤.

Same idea for this one honestly. Low bed, kotatsu table with small stand for monitor and mini pc, then fridge next to that kitchenette. Maybe a small shelf for my collectibles and games above the bed area

This baby of an apartment can be livable. The glass door to the toilet is a bit questionable choice, but at least it is a door!
Some things that I find questionable are: genkan step-up/step-down so close to the sink area; and this strange light fixture by the entrance door that protrudes to the room. I see some falling hazard with that step around the probable meal prep zone, and I would change the lighting thing to something more slim.
The loft bed can be pushed farther to the bathroom "window", and thus creating some space to hang coats (between the intercom and the abovementioned lighting thing).
The view is gorgeous! Maybe it explains the somewhat big price for this apartment.
I love the windows and the view. I would have to put all my clothes in storage. Lol If i invited friends over i probably would just take them out for coffee but overall i like this place.

I don’t get the glass wall to separate the toilet and shower from the rest of the apartment. What is it about having yourself on display in these micro places whilst attending to a call of nature or washing oneself? If you have company over, it gets awkward really fast.
Someone in the comments mentioned putting up some frosted vinyl covering on the toilet and shower “windows.” I think that is a great idea. It would provide privacy while still letting some light in from the apartment itself.
Loft beds are really useful to add “footage” to a small room. In this case, however, it would be over the window, which might block some of the light, and certainly obscure the view. Not a bad place, with definite ways to improve parts of it, but not ideal either.
Very nice room. So many windows. Unusual. I like the bathroom. Due to the size, only a loft bed is possible.

A sofa bed would be useful and perhaps a fold up table and chair. I think id rather have a refrigerator than a washer/dryer.

The size of the washing machines fascinate me! No space for many clothes so could have a much smaller unit, like you can get drawer dish washers. Like in your current apartment and many shown it becomes a 'feature'.....
I likwe this apartment. I would put a storage unit next to the sink for small appliances-air fryer, rice cooker,microwave pantry items. Under the sink a mini fridge,storage rack for pans/pots,etc.Curtains covering the bath room and the window. Loft bed frame to view the river,sleep and under neath space for desk, tv computer ,bean bag chair to watch movies,gaming.
This is the best one you've been to so far, I think. Loft beds are ideal for small spaces but if you're acrophobic, perhaps a bed with storage underneath will be more fitting.
I like the apartment. The price seems reasonable and the location has a good view. Put a Murphy Bed against the shower window.
This apartment is okay! The bathroom window I will put cotton or paper sticker for a privacy, this room can put bed only. If some people like to living this kind of tiny apartment, they can living very comfortably.

This is cute and I love the views. It's just you in the apartment so the bathroom is okay. You can always place a curtains with a shower rod on the outside of the bathroom to cover it for privacy or frosted glass coverings. Take you some cooking lessons and get your fridge finally 😊
Personally, I could make that work. I've lived in places nearly twice that rent that were disgusting and squalid so that looks like a beautiful, light-filled haven in comparison, no question. Luckily I live in a good house now but my previous self would have done anything to have a place as nice as this microapartment.
I would go the route of some kind of daybed (rattan or other material that isn't too heavy-feeling) and a folding desk. The daybed could function as seating and the desk easily tucked away. The priority would be to block as little of the windows as possible, because those are what is providing the illusion of extra space. Perhaps a creative use of a vertical bookshelf in front of the glass wall to the shower (e.g. ikea kallax or something similar that doesn't have a back) and installing some cling frosted privacy film on the glass behind it would solve a few different problems. On the interior of the toilet area, I'd probably opt for a moisture resistant curtain. Then you still get the gloss from glass giving the illusion of spaciousness in the living quarters while ensuring privacy. I guess they chose glass to bring light to the bathroom and to make the apartment feel less closed off, but I think obscuring the view of the toilet (and its occupant) is a necessary tradeoff. I don't really want the toilet to be directly in my line of sight when I'm in bed. Actually, I i think there are stained-glass style privacy films. That may be a neat option for this space.

Miejsce jest idealne na prywatne biuro, ale do zamieszkania już nie. Wszyscy zachwycają się ilością okien - i tak, sprawiaja że mieszkanie jest bardzo widne ale pozbawiają prywatności, chyba że ktoś lubi cały czas mieć w oknach żaluzje lub rolety a raczej nie o to chodzi
All the windows make it brighter, not bad!
No matter how tiny all the apartments have washing machines. How come? Where I live, people in very small apartments either 1. Have a laundry room in the basement for the whole building, or 2. You go to a laundromat, a "shop" where you use their machines for pay.
I find this place the most livable. There's a lot of light, and there are ways to solve the see-through bathroom. A loftbed is definitely a good idea to maximize the usage of space.
