This has got to be the best apartment yet! It has everything. The bed is low enough and there's room for a desk. A closet! A decent kitchen for a micro-apartment. If you wanted to you could actually get a larger fridge under the bed.
I agree. I’d take this one in a flash! You could even have a bike and store it under the bed. It’s pretty spacious for a micro apartment and the rent is very reasonable.
I would say this is a better choice than some you have seen lately. The bed is awkward, but move the steps to the side rather than the gap, or have someone make you some stairs to fill that gap and store the ladder away. You could always pop a small fridge under the bed to save kitchen space, but the solid bathroom door, bath and shower, dehumidifier AND toilet paper storage are all winners. Hanging space by the bathroom and under the bed is good, and you could store a lot under the bed with a small cupboard too. Can't wait for the next viewing :)
This is a lovely apartment and honestly it might have been a lot more useful WITHOUT the loft bed lmao. The road to hell is paved with good intentions I suppose XD The designated shoe space and closet is something a lot of other micro apartments don't have so that's a big plus
Same exact thought! For once, the place is spacious enough to accomodate both the bed and the desk, it has some storage and possibly a little room for some more. BUT somebody decided to make the place feel cramped with that useless "loft", even though they probably meant to free some floor space. Not too practical when you end up blocking access to the wall plugs and to the window (you have to be on the loft to open it)...
@@CC-pg92324 if the loft bed is removed, it will be the perfect one, considering the rent is just slightly higher (saving heaps of money with buying drinks in bulk and potentially cooking). Also no need to say hello to the living room when doing "business" at bathroom anymore.
Being a woman I love this apartment for the closet and shoe storage space! Also the bathroom in this one is private no see through glass/window. This one is the best yet!
I would use the 'loft bed' as a desk platform and put a futon below, with a larger fridge and microwave beside the kitchen area. The open closet space and shoe cupboard would be plenty of storage room for me. I love how large the bathroom is compared to others you've shown us.
Hello Usui. I like this apartment. The loft-bed is a sensible choice although the ladder is a little awkward to use. I can see this being a liveable space for someone to use. I was pretty close guessing the rent, too 😊😊😊
I would think this is the best apartment so far. The spaces are quite big and the rent is quite affordable too. I myself would like to live in this apartment.
This is by far the best apartment you have shown us! I like this one so much because it has the sort of storage areas that a person truly needs to live comfortably--shoe cupboard, open closet, shelves in the kitchen and toilet room. There is also space for a small fridge (which is an essential item) and there is also a bathtub (which is a wonderful comfort). Although the loft bed is not very attractive, it is a good use of space and not so tall as to be scary; it's sensible thing to have storage underneath it. The only quibble I have with this apartment is the toilet room which is really too tight--there's just not enough space in there to sit properly when a washing machine has been installed, and the toilet paper holder looks too easy to bump into. But back to positive things: the neighborhood and the trees seem really nice, and the rent is reasonable (although it is higher than the rent you are currently paying). The place looks possible.
I like this one, the space is well designed. You could use under the bed for storage and also you could get a small TV and maybe a few cushions or a folded futon and make a space to sit and watch TV or play video games. I live a tiny apartment the same size in the UK for 2 years and I liked it.
Take it in a heartbeat! Absolutely best micro apartment you’ve shown. The rent is cheap, and the storage is great. Multiple possibilities with this apartment.
Oh yes, I could live here! I love the loft bed although I would rather sleep under it, use half the top for storage and install some kind of seating in the other half so I could sit next to the window and relax.
Это лучшее место из всех что мы видели) под кроватью много места для хранения! Туда можно убрать холодильник, стол-книгу, задвинуть стул, поставить этажерку на колесиках. ❤
A nice micro apartment. If the loft bed was a bit higher, it would be suitable for a desk and chair as well as some storage underneath. Perhaps a floor chair and a TV. There seems to be several options with this apartment which is a bonus. I give this one 6.5/10 - many thanks for sharing.
This apartment has a lot to offer and could definitely work but I feel it would have been better without the loft bed. It blocks light from the lower part of the window & the ladder is in an awkward place. It would be better if you were able to organise the room as you wished 🤗
I like this apartment the best so far. Yes, the ladder is placed a bit inconvenient, but the loft bed is not too high and still offers a lot of storage space underneath. The room is also big enough for a desk and a chair without being in the way, the kitchenette is nicely sized and the bathroom offers a lot of toilet paper storage space. Also the rent is quite good compared to other apartments with less space.
I'd have a higher loft bed to fit more storage or a desk underneeth. I would also put a dresser or a sturdy console between the kitchenette and the loft bed that double as a "stair" to the bed and ditch the ladder that takes up too much space.
Lots more storage and shelving than others you showed, I like the floor, nice wood tone. the ladder on the bed is awkward but liveable, you could move it? The bathroom is nice, no glass walls 😳
i personally love this. so much ideas for the living room, and the rent price is pretty reasonable. far cheaper than few tight hallway apartment on previous videos
best micro apartment from your viewing list yet ! the space is more than enough. the arrangement of sections is not awkward. although i would probably change the bed to just regular single bed and put it in line with the kitchen section. the study table and maybe a comfortable bean bag/single winged sofa/reclining sofa could be arranged near the window. the wall where i put the bed can be used as screen/install adjustable wall bracket for tv on it
This is good, you can put something under the bed and have space for deskplace. The kitchen is good and the bathroom is short but enough. And much storage too.
Hoi Usui and Spidey, Question: do you also like Pokemon? I LOVE PIKACHU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! - Fab, there is a huge shoe storage!! - That the kitchen is so close to the entry is good, you could put your groceries away very fast than, HIHI. I like those knives holders in Japanese kitchens!!! - I also love those toilets with the built-in-sinks and those operation panels for water heaters and other controle panels (intercom!!) they have in your country!!! - No, I do not like loft beds (bunk beds): afraid of heights, like you ;-) And the loft bed ladder, is not very handy this way, you walk into the wall coming down!! I would get rid of that bed, replace it by ...... yep, a sofabed, LMAO!! And that loft bed is standing in front of the window, that's not very ideal!!! DANGEROUS too!! Get ride of that stupid bed ASAP!!! It is also in the way when you would need to use the escape rope!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! EXTRA DANGEROUS sweetie so tell that to the person that rents out the flat!!! It's really important! - Pitty they did not placed a sliding door instead of a normal door on the bathroom!!! Would save space. And the place for the washer-dryer machine is not so good in my opinion! But it is fine that there is a folding door between the shower/bath and toilet! Love and hugs from an old rebel-Pinkie
Outside the PACO house, this is my favourite so far. Fair bit of storage, even has a shoe cabinet (which could double as more storage), a larger bath/shower than the one you have, and a kitchenette as big as many small apartments. The loft does cover a bit of the window, but the room still seems to get enough light. Not bad at all.
I like. Not a fan of the ladder though. Maybe some strong storage boxes that can also be used as steps. I'm really surprised with the amount of storage as well. I would live here 😊
I like this one. It has a proper closed in private toilet and bathroom. Won't shock MJ. The loft bed is a good idea if it can be arranged differently. A lot of good storage areas.
"Let's use the space for storage"?! No! Use that space for your office/computer/desk. Can the ladder to the "loft" be moved to the front-right-opening of the bed...nearer the door? Wardrobe where the ladder currently is where there is no sun. Then your head next to wardrobe. I haven't completely viewed this video but I like this unit. Still, I need your lovely big washer/dryer unit to fit this space. Back to the video
Finally, one that has all the essentials❤ and I also learn one thing from your videos - 150sqft is enough for a person to live comfortably. I think on that note, upon retirement, my husband and I would probably only need 300sqft
I liked this one A LOT. The loft helps a lot with the distribution of space. A folding desk in the space between the kitchenette and the loft could add up more usable space as you can fold it when not in use. I'll look for a way to install a folding table as well, so you can sit guests when the time arrives. For the loft space, I either use the top or bottom as entertainment center, with puffs and a tv hung on the wall, and put the mattress or futton on the empty space. Thanks again for sharing, Usui! 🤩
Quite livable. If you are willing to sacrifice a little storage you could put the little home office under the bed and a loveseat where you originally put the desk.
You did not comment on the light blue-green wall. So much better than those crazy bright green or purple walls - even the sky blue with clouds was a lot of 'colour noise' to live in every day.
Hi Usui! I think this is very good! Lot of solution for storage and I think is good having washing machine inside the toilet. Maybe I would prefer to arrange a short desk and pillows for a living space on the loft bed and a futon under🤔what do you think?💜💜💜
I love this micro apartment, and I can definitely live here! I'll have my bed underneath the loft bed and use the loft bed as my living room. I will place a thin tatami mat to sit on, and a couple of throw pillows for support. A small table for my laptop as well. Given such a limited space, you have to learn to see the possibilities instead of the limitations. It means thinking outside of the box and being resourceful and creative. The ideal micro apartment is not about it being able to provide a standard solution - your usual bed, usual chair, and other furniture. The ideal micro apartment is how you design it and make it your home. 🙂
A dedicated closet space?? Sign me up! Also I would create a nice cozy “cave” under the bed with a tv, a shaggy rug, a comfy bean chair and fairy lights dangling from underneath the bed frame. So much potential!
I like the layout much better. It was smart of whoever had the apartment before to build the loft. There is actual storage and a place for you to work.
Hello Usuisan, I like this apartment the best so far because it's fairly spacious and the basic amenities seem quite nice. I am concerned though that the construction of the loft bed looks like it was put together by an amateur carpenter with leftover plywood and flimsy brackets. I think it wouldn't do well in an earthquake. Also, It's just a clumsy piece of furniture that fills the space awkwardly. Perhaps the landlord would be willing to negotiate its removal or replacement? Something to think about. Good luck and happy apartment hunting.
Wow, best one yet! Great, usable layout (but where is the clothesline/clothes bar in the bath?). I would store the ladder and replace it with open shelves or cubbies that allow access to the outlets, increase storage and act as steps to the bed. Also, I would get a nice rug and cushions for the under bed area and split it between storage and a nice reading or movie nook. Or . . . flip it. Set up a bed under the platform, have a nice rug, floor cushions, folding table, etc to use it as the work/reading/relaxing space to make most use of the window. Nice options! Of course, that assumes the neighborhood is a good fit!
This place certainly has more potential than most of the others but I’d definitely get rid of that platform bed. It isn’t high enough to put a desk beneath it and it takes up more room than a conventional bed. You could put your own bed in there with your desk beside it and have more floor space to walk on than in your present home. The genkan right next to the kitchen area could be tricky because of the difference in the level of the floors, but it looks quite shallow so if you’re careful you won’t twist your ankle 🤭
The best so far!!! Love the space, closet space, shoe closet that can also keep some groceries and loft for more storage! Consider putting your desk under the loft? It's really well priced too. You know best if the location is favorable to your needs. Love it!!!
This is one of my favourite ones yet! Episode two remains my top choice. However, I love this one as well. You can have bookshelves or drawers for clothes under the bed. You could also have a few chairs so that you can actually have friends over! That is a big part of making a space functional for me. I need to be able to invite people over sometime. Instead of adding the desk, I would just get a low desk and put it up on the loft, and use my computer from my bed
This is my favorite so far. There's space for everything and I love how the loft bed isn't crazy high. I'm scared of heights too and this would be manageable for me.
Good morning, Usui. I do like this department, and I like it a lot. The distribution is balanced, of course, it is almost double the area of your current apartment, the one that they have considered a space expressly for the washing machine inside the bathroom, seems great to me. Of course, having storage for toilet paper is the best! The detail of including a specific area for the bed is a good point, but of course, the theme of your fear of heights continues, although this is minor, I imagine that it is the same that you would have with a raised bed piece of furniture as we sometimes find. you showed in the thumbnails. I also think it is the first apartment that includes a dehumidifier. I thought the rent would be more than double, like in some other apartments you visited, but to my surprise, it is a little lower. I think of all the ones you've visited, except the prefab (sorry, I can't remember the name now), this is the best one of all. A loving hug from Lima, Peru.
I love that this one has a lot of built in storage super plus points! What ruins it for me is actually the loft bed. It looks so awkward when you have one and the space doesn't have high ceiling. I would personally swap it with a sofa bed instead. You can potentially even do exercises there and still fit your work desk. This could be a contender to Episode 10. Everything looks great and the space is liveable ❤
This is the best apartment you have already introduced. Decent size with sufficient well equipped closet and bed. The rent is not expensive and near to the urban area.
In my opinion this is the most livable. I would use the top of the loft as storage and put the bed underneath. I loved that if has the closet. I would use a tension rod to put a curtain in the closet. The shoe closet is nice and can accommodate other things as well and the storage shelves in the laundry/bathroom are great.
This one is okay and feels more spacious than some other apartments. The bare minimum of "separate room for toilet" is achieved 😂 I think that this "elevated bed" is fine, but I would like to change the ladder thing to steps with storage. It will make more sense, and I bet one can improvise them from existing furniture or DIY some custom steps from open shelves. The toilet room might feel cramped once the washing machine is installed, but I appreciate they have the space dedicated for it in the toilet room, not in the living room. Also, the view seems pleasant! I can see lots of sky and treetops, not the next-door window or plain wall :)
The bed could have been higher, but this micro apartment has a pretty good layout for its size and the amount of storage space is impressive! I think this is the best apartment you've toured so far.
The few extra square meters compared to the other apartments make a lot of difference, and similar price point. But the loft bed is really awkward: Not tall enough that you can keep a desk or sitting place underneath. I would replace with a proper loft bed.
This one definitely has a better layout than your current place, the only eyesore is that loft bed 😣Without it, the place would be much more bright and spacious! You could put a normal bed instead of the loft, with storage underneath. A short dresser in the closet, and a shelf unit (or thin wardrobe with sliding doors) next to the bed. And a desk with chair next to the kitchen, exactly as you showed in the video. It would be more spacious and an upgrade compared to your current place, especially with the shoe closet, bathroom shelving and all the tech ☺
You could put your bed under de existing structure and use the top for storage and a fridge. A ceiling to floor curtain could separate that area. I don't know if your current washer/drier would fit in the bathroom, but you could put it outside in the closet, if you want to go the extra mile to fix these two items. The price is okay for the size and amenities. It is $175.00 dollars more than your current rent 🤔 The train is 15 mins away, for you to consider the rain or snow while walking toward it.
Yes, I completely agree with @notbill08 - this is perfect!! So much space with the loft bed configuration! You can fit a fridge and just general storage stuff underneath. In addition, the open closet gives plenty of carved-out space for a dresser or other storage containers for clothes! The side closet space not only can hold shoes, but it seems the shelving is spaced and open for other types of items too, like toiletries, cleaning supplies, etc. Excellent job to the designers behind this unit! If I could live here, I totally would 🙂!! Also, just $445/month!! I mean that is a great rental cost!
The extra square meters really make a big difference. This space is very usable. Plenty of storage possibilities. Even though the loft bed is rather clunky 😅
Olá Usui! Adorei esse apartamento, muito espaço para armazenar suas roupas, sapatos o que quiser! Muitas prateleiras, dá pra abastecer com suas necessidades! Acredito que você viveria bem nele. Boa sorte! 👍😉❤️
This has great potential! I'd move the ladder to the smaller gap at the long wall and seeing the window opens atop the loft I'd use that for a small seating/desk area so you can look out. Underneath a futon and enjoy :)
Hi, Usui!! How are you? I really liked this one! I think it's my favorite of all the ones you've visited, it's very spacious. I miss seeing dinner after the visit, haha. See you in the next video. 🕷️🇧🇷
I actually quite like this one! The loft bed helps maximize the tiny space and I like that it comes with so much storage already built in (I think that’s the biggest shoe cabinet you’ve shown us yet)! If I were living there, I’d actually use the desk area for storage and put a small floor chair and television under the loft bed. 🤔

Love it!!!
This is a good-sized one and the rent is reasonable. I think it's one of the better ones you've featured already.
Take it my friend. Good price, nice layout and spacious. You can make this apt. comfortable.🎉
The best and more spacious apartment! And cheap. Love it 💚
This is my favorite so far. There's space for everything and I love how the loft bed isn't crazy high. I'm scared of heights too and this would be manageable for me.
This is my favourite! Put a foam pad down underneath the loft bed, and you have a cozy space to watch movies or read a book.
🥰🇵🇪
a loft bed is defo better than a full loft space with those high, scary ladders
I love that this one has a lot of built in storage super plus points! What ruins it for me is actually the loft bed. It looks so awkward when you have one and the space doesn't have high ceiling. I would personally swap it with a sofa bed instead. You can potentially even do exercises there and still fit your work desk.
This could be a contender to Episode 10. Everything looks great and the space is liveable ❤
I love this one! It even has a bath tub. So spacious compared to the others.
This one looks to be the best yet! More room for starters. Place space for an actual fridge!
I love this style. It has privacy, little space for desk and clothing. And has bathtub
This is the best apartment you have already introduced. Decent size with sufficient well equipped closet and bed.
The rent is not expensive and near to the urban area.
Best again by far. Lots of storage and the loft bed is a winner. Plenty of space as well. Could put low seating under the loft bed as well.
This apartment is the best option for all apartment i ever seen from you channel.
I think that is the best apartment so fair. It has a great space, well divided and the price is excellent 👍
I love this one. It's cozy, but there's more than enough room for storage and all the things that I would personally need. Great use of space!
Wow I like this one, plenty of storage, lots of toilet paper storage. Well designed and ample space
로프트침대를 직접 저렴하게 만든 것 같아 디자인과 사다리의 위치가 아쉽습니다. 하지만 지금까지 본 방중에서 가장 수납력이 좋을 것 같습니다.
I like this apartment, I think it's the best so far.
In the video I miss the 5 minute circle with the train station, shops and restaurants
This one is pretty good, I think! Has everything you need and room for more! ❤
I really like this one. It has a lot of the essentials without feeling too small or cramped. Thank you for showing us! 😄
I like the view out the window while you're sleeping. I think I like your current apartment on floor space and layout. Keep exploring Usui.👍🏽
This one is okay and feels more spacious than some other apartments. The bare minimum of "separate room for toilet" is achieved 😂
I think that this "elevated bed" is fine, but I would like to change the ladder thing to steps with storage.
This is my favorite one so far. Lots of potential with it.
This one is the best. Space and storage. Room for fridge, desk.
❤ I fell in love with this apartment
I really like this one!
This is the best one you've found so far!
My favourite channel for 2024
Thanks for your comment!🥰
If they could take the lofted part out and leave this as a regular studio it would be perfect. ❤
It is $175.00 dollars more than your current rent 🤔
The train is 15 mins away, for you to consider the rain or snow while walking toward it.
It has potential. Better than others so far. Still favor the one near water, but this one is neat.
I like that all the micro apartments come with a rope ladder in case of fire.
so far i really like this tiny apartement.... hope i can live in JAPAN soon!!!
It's not a bad space. I think I would switch the ladder with some steps that are coming out from the wall. There is so much storage in this apartment!
The extra square meters really make a big difference. This space is very usable. Plenty of storage possibilities. Even though the loft bed is rather clunky 😅
I think I like this one the best so far. Lots of storage space, separate closet area and the bathroom is private! Happy hunting.
Best one so far. Decent storage because of the loft and closet.
Olá Usui! Adorei esse apartamento, muito espaço para armazenar suas roupas, sapatos o que quiser! Muitas prateleiras, dá pra abastecer com suas necessidades! Acredito que você viveria bem nele. Boa sorte! 👍😉❤️
A desk with wheels could go underneath the bed, ready to be pulled out if needed
My favourite one yet!
This has great potential! I'd move the ladder to the smaller gap at the long wall and seeing the window opens atop the loft I'd use that for a small seating/desk area so you can look out. Underneath a futon and enjoy :)
Nicest one yet! Go for it‼️
Hi, Usui!! How are you?
I really liked this one! I think it's my favorite of all the ones you've visited, it's very spacious.
I miss seeing dinner after the visit, haha.
See you in the next video.
🕷️🇧🇷
This one seems perfect to me, it has a lot of storage and doesn't seem cramped
This apartment doesn't look too bad. I like it, if you've got room for a desk and some storage.
I think this is a winner!
