Sa amin to. Yesssss. Panalo talaga jan idol. Nadiskubre namin yan 1996 pa, ang office pa namin sa Ayala. Simasadya pa namin puntahan yan dyan sa Dian St. during lunch. Mga kasabayan pa namin kumakain jan dati yung mga NU Bulldogs stars Danny I. at Lordy Tugade. Nakaka amaze hanggang ngayon anjan pa din sila, at hindi nagbago ang itsura ng carinderia.
This I want to hear , Sariwa yung baboy ,that proves u got d discreet palate n u know d real food. I love to eat n dining out . As I get older d more I appreciate simple cooking. Dining in fancy eating places do not guarantee good food. When I dine out I want to try foods that r hard to prepare requiring lots of time n unique in a place. Even d escargot in France in butter I would still prefer our ginataang kuhol with kangkong. D simple pasta in Italy using fresh ripe tomatoes so good n d olives from Andalusia Spain I wont forget too.

I used to frequent this place before I migrated to the USA. My house in Estrada was just a few minutes away...I loved their bulalo and hipon sa gata....Kainan sa kanto at its best....
My neighborhood carinderia! I live just a few steps away from here. I miss the days when the original owners were still alive. They know the regulars. The food is great -- nothing fancy -- just good old, no-nonsense great food, Eating in this wonder of a corner eatery even adds to the "flavor", methinks, Damo guid nga salamat sini nga content, Jayps! We used to eat in Aling Sosing after our community duty in Dian Street way back in 1991. We were 4th year nursing students then. Their bulalo or nilagang Baka soup is the best. Choices of pinoy food are endless at very reasonable price. Will visit again someday sa pagbabalik bayan after covid.

been eating there many years ago when it was still a haven for taxi drivers. usually full every lunch time. tried it again lately but regretfully not as good as it used to be when the old lady still ran the place. i noticed its the daughter now who runs the show. noticed that the nilaga is not as delicious as it used to be.

Idk if bukas pa tong place na to but there's a really good carinderia beside ShopWise along Chino Roces (beside shell din) that serves good inihaw and nilagang panga ng baboy. It's just a small corner of the street place (bungad part) but the service is really good and the food is pretty decent.

Sosings in the 90s was way more "panalo" with its bulalo soup floating in utak ng baka. Even with just a free soup, they wont scrimp you with the utak. Literally, all tables had inihaw na baboy and bulalo as basic orders. Went back 2 years ago, servings not as abundant. Cost of the times, I guess...
