Either the Breach has affected some dwarves or the writers are just morons that can't do the simplest of things of following the world building that has been established before.
The voices aren't what I was expecting from reading the profiles - Rion the Mancunian mage - he's more quirky than arrogant I'd say looks nothing like you'd expect with a face like his, Thornton sounds a bit like Blackwall - are the Free Marches the new Yorkshire? except for Starkheaven see Belinda Darrow comments, I kinda of love Luca, should have expected Korbin - he sounds like the American accent they used a lot in Origins, Neria - sounds like a grumpy Merril - figures I guess so I suppose the clan are Nevarran except Cillian from the same one sounds West Country - I like the idea of a stoic Somerset mystic wasn't expecting it and it took some getting used to, Sidony's ugh is like Cass's - good ole' Nevarran disgust, Belinda predictably Scottish - Starkheaven twinned with Edinburgh in Germany but she is soo adorable - never thought I'd ever hear an adorable templar apart from nervous Cullen - anyone shipping them?, poor Hall - needs a lot of hugs and some ego boosting.

The guy who voices Katari also voices Squidward I believe. Knew he sounded familiar, looked it up. VA is listed as "additional voice" on IMDB.
