My fourth vlog! Ever since I live alone, I started to learn how to cook for my self. In this vlog, I will show you what I eat nowadays plus some easy recipes that you can do. Also sharing my struggle on trying to eat a balance diet.
I reconnected with my college friends at the later part of the video, and how I think nothing ever really changed despite of the years that went.

BAKED SUSHI INGREDIENTS: (not an expert, a lot of recipes you can find online too)
Sushi Rice
2 cups japanese rice/white rice
1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar
a pinch of salt
Topping
1/2 bar cream cheese
1/2 kilo shrimp (you can also use crabsticks/salmon)
1/2 cup kewpie mayo
1/4 cup cucumber
1 ripe mango
