We had a home in The Gallery which is a lovely single family home, gated community with a low HOA and no Mell-Roos. The only issue was no amenities. As we spend the winter in the US we sold and built in DWRM. We miss Palm Desert 😢
The Gallery is a nice neighborhood, newer homes and you get a lot of bang for your buck there! Yes it doesn’t have all the amenities some of the country clubs have but having the lower monthly costs is nice! Well if you ever want to come back to Palm Desert, you know who to call 😉 😂.
