You're so entertaining haha. I found myself laughing out loud multiple times during this one. I would give my honest opinion of the matzoh ball soup at Sherman's deli but I want to stay positive. hahaha.
Haha oh shoot! I retract my statement about the soup! My favorite deli is Langer's Delicatessen in LA or Canter’s. Thank you for watching and glad I can entertain you 😂
@@TommyJordanRE Oh my gosh Canter's HAS THE BEST MATZOH BALL SOUP THIS SIDE OF THE MISSISSIPPI! I LOVE LOVE LOVE it so much. I want some right now. Everything about it is perfection. It's like the perfect one, at least to me. And I'm from New York haha. I probably need to try other things at Sherman's. It was packed when I went and I'm not sure if it's because the food is actually good or because it's the only Jewish deli in the whole valley and they have a captive audience. lol
Haha you’re so funny. I love your enthusiasm for food. We must be related 😂!! Canter’s does have amazing Matzoh ball soup!!! I think you’re right, it’s one of the only Jewish delis in the desert so it’s slammed all the time haha!

Tommy, what are your favorite condo communities in Palm Desert? (reasonable HOA, pool, low wind, good value)
Palm Desert has so many great condo communities! Palm Valley is a nice community but HOA's are a little higher. Desert Falls Country Club is a nice community and the HOA's are very reasonable for what you get. Monterey Country Club is nice and very close to town! Monterey will have less wind than the other two communities but it is a little pricier.

Is the palm detest zone have a lease land?
In Palm Desert you don’t have to worry about leased land. Most of the leased land is in Palm Springs and Rancho Mirage.
