A low lifer recently released from prison. The offender has a history of violence.
FFS what was this fellow doing outside prison, recently released on parole?
Thanks Ms Arden for releasing violent crims who should stay in the slammer.

So sad, the previous 6 years of freedom for criminals was a deliberate act by the labour government following UN agenda , it was obvious seeing ardern`s love affair with the mob, it did nothing more than embolden all criminals, knowing consequences were highly unlikely under labour rule. Things have changed for the better with Police, now the useless judges need need a thorough clean out.

He should have still been in prison for threatening to kill by stabbing and doing a threatening act towards a dwelling. He was sentenced by Judge Debra Bell on May 15 and yet there he was, walking around freely.

Does anyone else feel CRT, as taught though the universities, is helping to fuel such incidents??

This is the exact reason the three strikes law needs to be implemented as soon as possible.

The police say use your situational awareness....BUT unfortunately the majority have no idea what or who is going on because they are all absorbed in their phones and ear pods. Public transport is not the place to be tuned out. So sad that this has happened but it was always coming.....

There's too many mentally challenged criminals wandering around the streets when they should be in monitored facilities. If the perpetrator didn't know the victim then why the attack on her? What is the ethnicity of the victim and the killer? Security needs upgrading on buses the problem is hardly anyone is using the buses outside the peak hours and they have a whole lane in most main streets very dumb idea tbh it just clogs up the traffic and extorts fines $150 a pop when sometimes you have to move lanes to turn left.

On London transport buses the drivers have Strong acrylic assault barriers fitted together together with an internal closed circuit video cameras fitted with TV screens fitted to make customers aware they are being monitored which in turn helps assure passengers that any assaults on fellow passengers are recoded on a hard drive this has been ongoing since 2011

Woke judges!! sort out a real 3 strikes law properly and hold judges accountable should they use discretion instead of the law as late down by government.
