We have to point out.. if this was not a Maori charity it would have been shut down very quickly.and exposed for its very questionable behaviour and lending practises. More and more it is becoming obvious there is one law for the majority of New Zealanders and another rule/law for minority Maori.

When I worked as an alcohol and drug counsellor many years ago in South Auckland, my team went to a lovely restaurant in Hunters Corner for lunch one day. John Tamahere was there, standing at the bar, waiting for his takeaways. He eyed me up and down, undressing me with his eyes very aggressively in the sleeziest, creepiest way possible. It was sooo yuck. It really made my skin crawl. Needless to say, even though I have never been a fan of Helen Clarke (the minister of health under David Lange who began the destruction of our health care system, I was in no way surprised when she sacked him for gross misogyny. He is a creep of the first order.

That does it... I smell a rat at the Supreme Court of NZ. I had high hopes for this court. I have been disappointed so far. They say "The Court found that Family First’s advocacy for the traditional family, to the disadvantage of other forms of family, was discriminatory, and this was not compatible with charity. The Court also held that it was not possible to determine whether Family First’s engagement with other issues (e.g. abortion, assisted dying and censorship) was of public benefit in a charitable sense. This contrasts with advocacy for recognised charitable ends such as human rights or protection of the environment." What the fudge? Winkelmann CJ, William Young, Glazebrook, O’Regan and
    Williams JJ.

    - Family first weren't run by public money, and yet it cost them hundreds of thousands in Court costs.
    - Waipareira receives taxpayers money.
Despite three incidents, on public record, face no real consequences.
    1. Real Estate loans (Stuff).
    2. Akl. Mayoral campaign (described by Sean/Nippert).
    3. Maori party support and election activity (described by Sean/Nippert).
