@@davidpotter3777 thank you! That's a very kind thing for you to say. But I'm curious, what part of it do you think a high school student would need to see? How their school was built or what trucking life is like or something else?
National Carriers has some nice trucks, I'll give them that. A cow in a cardboard box haha, never heard that one. I'll steal it . I'm glad you enjoyed it! Thanks for watching
Yes! He is a cool dude. His daughter was our other driver, but she didn't say much, haha. Tony told me about his knee, it sounded painful as hell. It was a fun day hanging out with them, I'm glad you know who they are! Thanks for watching!
Been over that road more than a few times and always liked that area east of I-5 , beautiful drive especially in the spring or early summer. Thanks for sharing .
Nice brief to the point video. But … in the beginning, didn’t see you replace the pin after the trailer was stretched … is was simple as the removal? And would like to see how you tied down the joists.
You're right, I didn't include that part in the video. If you look back a few weeks ago, I did a video on hauling an 86 ft load where I go into a little more detail on it. Maybe next time I haul a long load I'll film it a little more in depth. As far as tying down, I haven't included those either because I didn't know anyone would be interested. I'm probably going to put it in my next video however, watch for that! It should be out on Friday / Saturday. Thanks for your questions and thank you for watching!
@@jupitertrucking The good thing about working from a yard like that is your rarely home I did oversize and heavy long haul .with some local between trips ..I really liked hauling Windmill blades the crazier or complicated the better the challenge .
Sounds like you really did sone of the crazier things! Those windmill blades are huge. I've seen trucks hauling those get off the freeway and try to turn left under an overpass, and just snarl traffic up to no end. I'm glad you enjoyed it! The funny thing is, I keep forgetting this is Chris and I'm surprised when we know the same people lol
I’m not a trucker, but you guys have my respect: the struggle is real and the road is long.

We call a trailer like this a "trombone" rather than a "stretch" on this side of the Pond.
@Paws4thot no kidding? I never even thought of that word as a description for an extendable trailer, but it fits perfectly. Thanks for sharing!
Even in some Canada places, it's called a trombone 😉
I thought u can’t drive at night. Looks kinda dark when you got to job site🤔
