For light stuff, I doubt if it matters much honestly.
I don't know how different the 360 is from the normal one (Book2 Pro). But I just bought the normal one, and when it charges it overheats incredibly. The charger is very hot to touch, and so is the top part of the base. Is that normal? Will it bring issues in the future? Should I just return it? 👀

Hey i just recently bought book2 pro 13 inch i7 variant. its gets hot within 10-15 minutes of mild usage on optimised mode. 2 hours surfing on edge drained 44% of my battery. Is it normal or should i talk to samsung?
Hi, thanks for stopping by. If you bought it brand new, this is pretty normal the first couple of weeks while a bunch of updates get downloaded and queued up for install. The quickest way to rule out if you have a problem is to check both Windows Updates and use the Samsung Updates app to check for updates often, and always reboot after installing them, even if it doesn't prompt you too. This will queue up more updates, and it goes on and on. Some won't be available right away after you restart, but it won't take them too long to show up. Are the texts of Samsung Book 2 Pro 360 not as sharp and bright as Apple’s MacBook pro? Is the area between the two hinges just below the display flex/bend a lot? Why do we have to copy and paste the URL or send it to via 'Quick Share' just to view information on a particular webpage from Samsung phone to pc/laptop? In Apple’s MacBook, you can view webpages/websites automatically from iPhone to MacBook. You do not have to copy paste the URL or tap to phone link. This has only happened because Apple uses the same web browser i.e. SAFARI in their phone, tablet and pc. Samsung do not have the “Samsung Internet browser” for their pc/laptop till now. Samsung should also make a browser for pc in order to make continuity features from phone to pc as good as Apple.
Hi, thanks for watching! The text won't be as clear, per se, but it it looks pretty good regardless since it's an OLED panel. The hinge does have some flex if you grab it between the 2 hinges you gotta be careful with it. I agree with you 100% on Samsung needing to come out with their browser on the laptops, it would make the experience much more seamless.
Why are you posting comments about MBs? MBs don't have basic features like touch screen, pen support or 2-in-1 design No one interested in SB2P would ever consider an over price poorly built MB (Google MacBook class-action lawsuits) with its 20th century hardware. I think they're both great machines, it just depends on what you plan on doing with it. Thanks for watching!
Hi Thanks for watching. Yeah, that's an error code for when the Windows PIN service can't recognize your PIN. This same thing happened on my galaxy book2 pro 360 after an update a while back. All I ended up doing to fix it was login with my regular password, then I removed my fingerprints and PIN, and reset them. Once I did that, it all worked fine again. Here's a helpful Reddit article about the issue, and steps to fix it. It should be a quick fix for you, only took me a couple minutes. www.reddit.com/r/LinusTechTips/comments/o3vchy/error_something_happened_and_your_pin_isnt/
Yeah, Chrome sucks and no one should use that anymore. I see reviews of MacBooks and they use Chrome and complain about battery and RAM. That to me is user error, and they should buy a Chromebook if they want Chrome. Safari on Macs and Edge on Windows. I have been doing that for years. Why the infatuation with Chrome, especially with its restrictions for video playback. Even Edge on Macs is better than Chrome. I get about 8hrs battery on my Galaxy Book Pro 15 inch. That is average but with no 120Hz and only 1080p (less as OLED) it is okay for most, but compared to my MB Pro 13 M1, it is 5-6 hrs less (same use case). But 8hrs should be enough for a day’s work.
Why are you always posting about MBs on Windows reviews, claiming to own all these different Windows laptops, and lying about what these laptop can/can't do? First off, my SGBP easily gets 14-15 hours of TH-cam viewing with screen brightness at 40%, wifi and battery saver both on. Second, MBs don't have touch screen, pen support, 2-in-1 design, or even 180 degree screen; which makes them highly overpriced given their 20th-century hard and poor build quality (Google, MacBook class-action lawsuits).
@@RK-um9tu I'm not sure if this was directed to Andy or me, since I rarely talk about MB's, only galaxy laptops. I personally like the MB Pro for editing, it's really good for that use case. But for my day to day activities, galaxy book2 pro 360 is my daily driver. I have to have the s pen at this point. So I guess for me personally, that sort of makes the galaxy book2 pro 360 my favorite laptop. I try not be to brand loyal when it comes to laptops though, that only started since starting this channel. I like to mix it up.
I'm disappointed. The first thing I did was to put in a 4TB Samsung m.2. I then installed Windows 11 without incident. Then, to my surprise, the wifi wasn't recognized. I needed a driver. So I went to the Samsung website expecting to be able to download the driver but SURPRISE. No downloads available. Bummer. Most computers don't have a problem with a fresh install of Windows, the wifi was recognized and working. So then I could get all the rest of the updates and drivers. But not Samsung. Shame on you Samsung. So now the original m.2 is back in and I need to use a plug in for additional storage.

Great comment, you summed up using Chrome nicely! The MB Pro is a beast, my favorite laptop of all time.
That's a lot of info. I'll just not use it for long periods. Just kidding. Thanks.
🤣🤣👍
Oh dang, I'm really sorry to hear that. That's super frustrating.
Chrome is more user friendly and i dont like anything else i have galaxy book 3 pro
Chrome is much better now, they just released the Memory Enhancement update that cache's your tabs. It's not near as bad as was just 1 month ago, you're good with Chrome now. Thanks for watching.
