This doesn't sound right. Your home can't be zoned for business because of traffic issues. I can't see how an emergency vehicle is supposed to get through. What if someone needs an ambulance.
Did you watch the video? They zoned parking to one side of the road for everyone not just him and his guests.

I transferred to Jason Lee Middle School part way through 7th grade. Desmond and his friends were the first people to be kind to me, let me sit with them in class and even stood up for me to bullies. He'sgood people.

Traffic isn't his fault
He did not block any traffic. That is the individuals who visit the home, and when I looked at the drone footage, there was enough room for vehicles to drive down the road. If, it's an issue, the city needs to widen the road, not the home owner.
I saw no impassable portions of the road leading to the house during the drone footage. I saw people following the rules of the road and parking respectably. The people of the community are the ones who are harassing the home owner.

@@vivianworden I lived in England for 6 years. This street and all the cars on it look exactly the same. And yes, ambulances, fire trucks easily navigate the streets with ease.

FOX 13 Seattle, what a disappointment this was to watch. Do you vet your stories at all? Linking fornication and fentanyl to Desmond Trufant's property with absolutely no proof of wrongdoing. You owe Desmond Trufant an apology for allowing that trash to be aired.
My first thought. That area has daily transient problems--how is that linked to this person's property? Walk in that neighborhood or a couple streets over and you'll see: tents in the bushes, tents up all along Scott Pierson Trail, all the way to 6th & Pearl, LA Fitness constant theft and car break-ins, that dumped Mercedes, homeless shopping carts and trash all over the bridge area on Jackson and War Memorial Park, homeless laid out everyday at that library on Skyline, foil pill smoking all in the berry bushes on Pearl near the freeway on ramp, that old white guy gluing up Denial of Life posters all over people's property. How about this neighborhood put a stop to that guy's posters--they're more of a problem than the NFL player. The guy who puts up Denial of Life posters rides a cruiser bicycle and rides Pierce Transit buses and glues up those signs in Tacoma, Lakewood, Puyallup, Spanaway, Parkland, Fife, glues them to people's business's, mailboxes, street signs, power boxes.

Yes it does. You can't open up what's essentially a business (an event venue) in a random residential area.
The houses already overlook a noisy highway, and a street that hosts many burnouts from the looks of it. The cars are legally parked, and I don't see any "impassable" streets or blocked driveways.

King county had UW do a study on whether it was harmful and they determined it wasn’t. They’re both government agencies so it really appears the county dodged a lawsuit based off of this.

This house is on a street right next to the freeway and the bridge on Jackson Ave. There are plenty of homeless and transients. And plenty of parking on that road.
