Jake, honestly, if it were me, I’d stick with the R9 and cancel the V2. I’d even consider maybe even sell the MT-07 since you’ve already got the supermoto, and the R9 could fill that gap nicely. The V4 though? That’s a beast and totally worth considering; it’s like the perfect upgrade for those H2-less days, and feels more worth it than gambling on whether the V2 or R9 fits better. But hey, it's your garage anyway...
not gonna lie man you should go with the middle weights because You Still have your MONSTER of a bike H2. for raw aggression you have H2 for usability n stuff you have the MT07 R9 and V2 are great beautiful bikes you should maybe play it safe especially after a crash like the one you had (Best of luck ahead) Love you and whatever you do!! peace out
“Paint so shiny you can see my feet right there” This is the quickest way to sell any bike ever And get creepy messages from strangers but besides the point
The Ducati was built to go through curves not go down a drag strip. Let's promote riders learning how to actually ride their motorcycle and not just go in straight lines... Let us not turn into ImKay where you're still duck walking your bike for a U-Turn 5+ years into riding.
Why not duck walk when you can? It’s about mitigating risk of damage and safety not about skill. If I had $30k+ bikes u best believe I’m doing everything I can to protect it.
@eggyland8513 Risk? If you can't do a U-turn without duck walking then you need to stay in the parking lot. Doing a U-turn without putting your feet down requires good clutch and throttle control, if you don't have that then what are you doing on a 200hp bike? If you need attention that bad then just get a Harley.
To be fair to Kay he’s never declared himself as an amazing rider. He simply likes owning and riding incredible bikes. I think sometimes people forget it’s about fun for most of us not necessarily being the best rider we can. If we are safe and having fun then it’s a thumbs up from me no matter what bikes you choose
@OneUnit10101 You are not being safe by continuing to be an inexperienced rider and not wearing gear. ImKay thinks he can critique any Ducati bike on performance when he has little to no skill riding. He was making comments saying he can feel the performance difference from the double sided swingarm between the 2024 Panigale and the 2025 when that is literally impossible unless you are pushing it to the limits on the track. He is a total fraud.
@@Waldo1122 maybe he is a fraud, maybe he’s not… but in the end he has more experience both owning and riding ducatis then 99.99999% of the bike community. Yes he’s not riding them to the extremes (at least not in his vids anyways) but if I’m being honest I think most people just enjoy his vid style and don’t necessarily see him as some sort of expert. He’s more a celeb rider then a certified master of bike king fu lol
Great video! You mentioned that you don’t think the electronic suspension on the Panigale V4 S is justified. Since you’ve ridden the S model, could you explain more about why you feel that way? I live in Houston and I’m considering getting one of these 2025 models. Do you think it makes more sense to go for the base model and save the extra money? Especially for street riding in a flat city like Houston, I wonder if adjusting the regular suspension to my weight would provide a similar experience without spending the extra $8,000-$9,000. Your perspective as someone who’s tested both would be really helpful!
i’ve owned bikes with electronic suspension before and i just feel like the cost doesn’t justify the benefit. i’d much rather spend that money towards an exhaust system or something like that in my honest opinion
I think you should definitely sell the MT-07 it mostly fits the same role as your sumo. I also think you should absolutely keep your order for both the R9 and the V2. They are both brand new designs made to go head to head in world supersport that's going to be a content gold mine. If the R9 follows the R7 hype as well you should easily be able to keep it for 6 months to a year get all the content you need and resell it for what you paid if not more. As for the V4 it's sweet but so many influencers are going for it so content creation wise I don't think it's a smart call.
Which is better? Depends on how you want to use it. The Ducati will leave the Kaw in the dust in the twisties, is more exotic, is better for its purpose. If you want cool and fast in a straight line and that thrill, then the kaw is your ticket.
As long as you can afford to, keep all your bikes and buy more incredible bikes on top of them. Life doesn’t have to be about choosing this over that. Have it all 👌🏾😜
You just need the intercooler for the h2. Worth it for the noise. I also love the kawasaki green accents. They really set the bike apart. But yeah the 2025 v4 really is special for an italian hyperbike. Its an affordable lambo or ferrari.
I enjoyed that as i am thinking of getting the ducati march next year and like yourself am constantly deliberating weather to sell my H2 2015, but dont think i ever will all for the same reasons, i use it on cold to cool days mainly amd save my gen3 busa for hot days, my H2 sx for most ocations and distance ,cbr1100xx6 for lazy moderate or overcast journeys and triumph 400x for rain, dirt, round town, shopping 😅 secretly never been a fan of single sided s/arms😮 hence the 25 ducati 😅
If it was me: Cancel the R9, sell the MT-07, order 2025 Streetfighter V2 as your naked bike. Get Panigale V4 for speedy time, keep 698 Mono for funsies. Perfect Ducati garage + an H2 for stustustu noises.
So a V4 can be a beginner bike? No trolling but tbh I'm a new rider or about to be a new rider only ridden dirt bikes/quads never a sport bike I was about to buy a V2 last month but I love the look of the V4 & the possibilities of having crazy power once I'm ready for it. Should I get a V4 ride it in like rain mode to cut a good bit of power until I get experienced? Or just get a V2?
I definitely do not have the money to own all these bikes, and nor do I actually have a connection to any of ur bikes like you do. But what I might do is cancel the V2, sell the mt07, and then get the r9 and the V4. Maybe consider test riding the V2? Thanks for frequent uploads, love ur vids❤️👍🏽🤙🏽
The V4 is gonna stay the V4. You want to evolve as a rider not stay the same. Get the new bikes, see the different perspectives they give you on riding, sell them when you feel you're done. You can always come back to the V4, you wanna do it as a hopefully more evolved rider.
Hands down, who cares they dropped the single sided swingarm. That awesome, (most definitely innovative) swingarm design is bangin". If I could build my own bike with all the available parts from all the bikes and make it into one SUPER bike. OMG I can picture it now.
Look idk what you think about this but if 6 is too many bikes, ID get the v2 and the r9 BUT sell the mt-07 as in my eyes you’d either ride the r9 or supermoto and the 07 wouldn’t get riddden. I’ve never ridden a 4v so I don’t truly know how it makes you feel and I’d 100% keep the h2 as the mad 1000, I wouldn’t get the 4v and Mabey get the intercooler or as you said in a previous vid that you kinda like it holding you back by the overheating. Ultimately it’s YOUR decision and just do what you. Love all your vids man and keep it up.❤️
I didnt even know that the Ninja H2 is packed with so much horsepower. Makes perfect sense now why you mentioned that the Ninja H2 is in its class of its own. That engine start and sound check of the 2025 Panigale V4 sounds mean and aggressive, just like it's looks 🤌🏽🫶🏽🔥🏍....the Ninja H2 sound check sounds really, really, good but, the Ducati just sounds a lot better and aggressive 🤌🏽🏍🔥 Love it how you just got excited just riding the Ninja H2 going fast and be like *Now it makes sense why I bought the Ninja H2* 😂🏍🔥 Worse kept secret ever😂😂😂, and you decided to order a 2025 Ducati Panigale V4. Could have made this video as the episode 2 of *Motorcycle Glazing* 😂🫶🏽😂🫶🏽
sell MT-07, cancel the R9 & V2, get the V4..youll go back to your retired 3 bikes rule, and how you talk about the V4 is the same way i talk about things i love or want to own, the passion is there man. its also not guaranteed, i hate people who talk in that way when no one truly knows the future, Id rather die doing something i love personally.
So, the Kawasaki Ninja H2 has a broader torque curve, because it has a turbo, than the Ducati V4. And, you don't want to give up that power. Otherwise, you could think that you had enjoyed the riding experience of the H2 and now you can enjoy the riding experience of the Ducati V4. If you really like the power of the H2 and the more controllable riding experience of the Ducati then you'll probably chose the Ducati V2 even though the V4 is better than the H2. If I was you, I guess I would keep the Kawasaki Ninja H2, replace the departed V4 by getting the new Ducati V4, cancel the Ducati V2, and use the Yamaha R9 for less spirited riding. The Yamaha R9 must have a broad torque curve because it has 890cc with only 117 hp. You like engines that have a broad torque curve. So, don't cancel the Yamaha R9.
Id sell the h2. I own a new gsxr750. I find its definitely enough for what i do . Now i do want a gsxr1k, but ill give it one more year. I been rididng since 2003, and seems new bikes are just getting cosmetics upgrades
8:08 Based on your description, you'd be getting the middle weight bikes for content. The V4 is for you. However, I still think you need to fund your IRA first...
I say cancel the r9, you want a Ducati granted the v2 isn’t the v4 power wise but at the end of the day it’s still a Ducati sport bike. But it’s all up to your opinion

Sell the MT-07, sell the supermoto, and cancel the V2 and get a Multistrada V4 RS, it is literally all of those bikes inside of one bike...
Ducati - Natural
H2- Steroids
It’s a no brainer, cancel the slow shit 😂… and get the new V4
As a fellow Ducati owner I am biased..... Ducati all the way >:)
