Well he may have a point it could potentially cause overthinking and anxiety and self conversation and self checking to the point of annoying dysphoric but another reason I say that is because the opposite is also true being that as you take things like “downers” during your trip like I take Xanax if I’m having a bad trip then it really helps to kill that noise so if you ever are in that situation and you need it to stop I would recommend an anti anxiety low to medium dose benzodiazepine and in addition oddly enough a proper strain of cannabis helps too even though at the time it feels like it might make it worse but it actually gives immediate relief. Bad trips are awful so that’s my advice if you’re in the middle of one. Also one last thing that helps people that are having a bad trip is reminding them verbally and repetitively that they took drugs and are just having a bad trip and that it’s not permanent it’s just because you took acid mushrooms etc and that it will all be over soon and also keep telling them that it’s going to be okay and that they are NOT dying. You do all that and you will be like a glowing angel of salvation to your buddy.

I believe that there is a "fuzziness" factor to pattern matching. Since this program finds patterns in the video, I assume you can adjust how close the patterns must match
in this video, it looks like they've taken an AI/algorithm that attempts to compound still images into biological faces & bodies of different species that were most likely fed into it by its creator you can see it desperately trying to find faces as you watch & pause the video intensity of the effect depends on what the creator has told the algorithm to do it looks so bizzare because they've probably set the certainty of the AI very low, so that we'd see it act and draw "animals" wherever it thinks it sees them in the video
