Can you come back later and let us know how long it has held up after multiple washings because this is most important to me. A lot of these transfers are beautiful when you first press them on and then after a few washes they crack and peel.

i think silk screening onto the shirt last way longer and i think dtf has that htv paper feel to it but yeah washing them to see how well they hold up is mandatory.

I can definitely show some garments after washing! We haven’t had any issues with our DTF or screen prints cracking or coming off. They stay vibrant for quite a while. I have some prints that outlived the actual garment 😂. We get tons of comments and compliments about how good our DTF and Screen prints feel so I’ll definitely have to do a more in depth video on all that!💗

Oh no! Definitely shop around for some good DTF prints. They shouldn’t feel like HTV😭

@@WWTransfers i need to go see some in person. i just noticed many people buying china printers and regretting it and reselling their machines and i seen some prints that have white speckles round the border of the design but if you perfect that then thats cool but i seen it early on since i would talk to people from china when it first came out and they were selling machines and tried selling me one. i actually like the cobra flex dtf printer idea where the jettable ink comes out of the print head. they stopped the one they were selling due to the jettable ink not lasting and having cracking issues but i was told they are in the works on releasing a new jettable ink to avoid using the powders. if that comes out and it works as intended then i am defff buyingi one of those cobra flex printers no doubt about it. i use to do dtg and i hate it! the inconsistency of the pretreating and the clogged nozzles on the pretreat machines and the square of pretreat that you could see on the shirt was just not professional and pretty gross and the steps you had to take to just print one shirt with dtg was so wack and the fact that you had to spend 5 or 6 bucks a shirt to be able to get a good print on the shirt do to the fibers. the more expensive shirts had to be ringspun and tight knit shirts like as colour and if not you had to settle for those thin ring spun shirts that were so cheap and thin but still kinda pricey vs AAA shirts or some gildans..1301 AAA shirts would work but was horrible since the fibers would stand up and fall off after washing the shirts since it was not ringspun. too many steps and inconsistencies with dtg but silk screen never fails. at least for printing my clothing line it works well for me since i was about to make a good buck. fyi i bought the first dtg printer that ever came out in 2005 or 2006. the brother gt541 and i got it cash from mc logans and even then no one knew or even told me i needed ring spun shirts to have the design last on the shirt because when i printed light shirts it looked nice but once you washed them the fibers that came off would degrade the design since that was ink on those fibers. i am in Los angeles if you know of a good place that does soft dtf and you can lead me in the right direction then let me know and i will stop by to see what they use and buy some prints and if it works i will even buy the same setup they have. it all has to do with the film and powder from what i remember.

The real benchmark is how long it will last during multiple washes as what the recent comments suggest. Give it at least 30 washes for about 8 mos or so and see how it will hold up. Newly pressed prints will always look good and pls the stretching thing is just a myth, it does not do anything except distorting your designs.
