I like this long and extended version better as it is a much longer presentation! The others were way too short, even the long slow pause into a dramatic crescendo end is what makes it more powerful!
I like to comeback and see how my critique held up over time. This has become my all time favorite movie score. The joining of instruments, that fades in and out especially the brass and the strings, with drums pounding in unison as if keeping the other instruments in rhythm and coordinated into fading in and out of the presentation!
Really great music. Some elements reminds me of the Kung Fu Panda music. I watched this movie (Forbidden Kingdom) many times. It is one of my favorites with Jackie Chan and Jet Li.
