I used to watch my Brother and a friend of him play it all day because i was too young to understand playing it by myself and you absolutely nailed the theme. I couldn't remember the sound until you brought it back to my memory and i am very thankful for that. This awakens beautiful memories from my childhood. That happens when you have old memories from childhood. Hercules, Xena, then old hollywood films like Caesar and Cleopatra, Ben Hur, then HBO Rome, Romanian and Italian movies like Colonna, and then you install Total WAR first time. After that you reading Titus Livius and Suetonius Tranquillus. Other stuff. Then watching movie Alexander, with music of Vangelis "Titans", more reading... You glue your first linothorax and trureos, or scutum. Maybe finding a group of the same people like you. Never mind. And congrats. You are raised on graeco-roman cultural images. Caesar and Alexander are your heroes and you are more then just american or italian or russian. You have this "something" inside you forever. My ancestors from grandfather was greeks. I literally "feel". And my heart is full of joy and love to antiquity.
