- In this video, I am upgrading the brakes on my Peugeot 206 to 302mm discs sourced from a Peugeot 307cc 2.0. This brake upgrade will provide better stopping power, reduce brake fade, and improve overall braking performance.
I begin by removing the old brake components, including the calipers, brake pads, and brake discs.
Next, I install the new brake discs and calipers onto the Peugeot 206.
Overall, this brake upgrade is a great way to enhance the safety and performance of your Peugeot 206.
nice choice. i swaped mine to 282mm because of my 15" foudre wheels. it fitted like only 3mm clearance and looks sick :)) maybe i could use bigger wheels for 302mm but my point is trying to keep light car's moving parts as much as possible for not losing any power and acceleration.

Ik heb het zelfde gedaan, maar dan voor deze schijven: Remschijf 09.A185.1X Brembo met bijpassende Brembo x blokken. Als ik het over zou doen, zou ik gelijk RVS remslangen meepakken voor iets meer pedaal gevoel. Tot op heden nooit brake fading gehad.
Er passen ook peugeot 406 v6 remklauw op die zijn 4 pots is wel over kill al zet je een blok hout op je rem pedaal dan hoef je geen griptang op je slang te zetten
Zouden deze ook passen op een 406? Ik heb brembos maar die passen niet met mijn velgen. Kan ook niet verder naar buiten.

Hello, unfortunately my 1.6 16v 110 hp vehicle does not have abs. 2002 model. Would changing the brake discs from 266mm to 288mm or something like yours work? Or is ABS necessary?
I think it would work, the rotor size doesnt have to do anything with the abs. If you want to upgrade to 288 you need the brake calipers from a regular 307 i believe.
will they fit on a 306 3d 2.0 hdi?
If it has the same mounting points (wich I would assume) and minimun 16 inch wheels then yes

no everything is heavier then the original setup but the bigger surface area of the rotor and pads results in less brake fade. This setup might be overkill for road use but it is a good upgrade to do if you want to take the car out on track days.
Ga je ook nog carplay in de 206 zetten? Zou dat graag zien hoe je dat doet
Nee ik ben bang van niet, was wel eerst het plan maar de 206 is nu meer een projectauto geworden en ik heb daar geen geluidsinstallatie meer in zitten
